Given the testimony from today’s court case in Georgia, Obama has a lot of explaining to do. His attorney, Jablonski, was a NO SHOW as of course, was Obama.
The following is a nutshell account of the proceedings.
Promptly at 9am EST, all attorneys involved in the Obama Georgia eligibility case were called to the Judge’s chambers. This was indeed a very interesting beginning to this long awaited and important case.
The case revolved around the Natural Born clause of the Constitution and whether or not Obama qualifies under it to serve. More to the point, if found ineligible, Obama’s name would not appear on the 2012 ballot in Georgia.
With the small courtroom crowded, several in attendance could be seen fanning themselves with pamphlets as they waited for the return of the attorneys and the appearance of the judge.
Obama himself, who had been subpoenaed to appear, of course was nowhere near Georgia. Instead, Obama was on a campaign swing appearing in Las Vegas and in Colorado ignoring the court in Georgia.
Over the last several weeks, Obama’s attorney, Michael Jablonski, had attempted several tactics to keep this case from moving forward.
The MSM avoids it because they know it will ultimately lead to Obama being removed from office.
The GOP and FOX News avoids it because they are scared of being tarred as racists by the MSM.
That was BOR nonsense.
Now, was it just my misunderstanding that the original wording had “constitutionally qualified”, but Nanzi withdrew that and replaced it with one without the language?

RE the CT connection:
I found several references that some “father” of OB (named Barrack Hussain Obama or Barack Hussein Obama or whatever spelling variation is the flavor of the day) DID in fact reside in CT for some unspecified period of time, and may have even attended some college or other therein.
BTW the issue of name spelling is another nagging concern to me - how many ways has OB’s “name” been entered into various databases? The following may or may not be the same person, w/o some constant of identification being tied to the individual (ie fingerprints, DNA or residence/school/work history):
Barack Obama
Barack H Obama
Barack Hussein Obama
Plus all the Sotero permutations ......

Most LEGAL databases are going to contain a FIRST, MIDDLE (if one is assigned a middle name on their Birth Certificate) and LAST name.
From what I’ve read about OB, many of the reports on this subject are either:
(a) fifth grade sloppy reporting (not altogether surprising in an age when magazine covers misspell words and use the wrong tense),
or,
(b) the name has been cavalierly perverted in these various and sundry investigations.
Following the **TRUE** but mysterious BACKTRAIL of OB from the WH back to his birth will certainly be a challenge - it would be for anyone being investigated, even under normal circumstances.
If there has been any intentional obfuscation of OB’s history for nefarious purposes, then documenting the TRUE backtrail will be exceedingly difficult if not impossible, and will require SERIOUS diligence in accuracy of identifying data - much of which OB has INTENTIONALLY hidden from scrutiny by Executive Order.
Not possible since Social Security was an FDR program and started issuing numbers in 1935. It is possible that someone Connecticut born in 1890 was issued a SS card/number in 1935 as he/she was only 45 years old.
I've heard as many as 28 SS numbers are associated with BHO's name. I tend to doubt such as surely using that many numbers w/ the same name would raise a few eyebrows. I know that he has used several variations of his father & stepfather's names. Perhaps that would give him three or four names of record. However, any official paperwork that I've ever seen always asks for maiden name (for women) and any aliases you may have previously used. I doubt BHO would be scrupulous about leaving a clear paper trail.

If he was a US Citizen and his mother was a us citizen when Romney was born (in the US) then romney is a NBC (natural born citizen) and eligible

It was interesting to read some of the comments from April of 2011 in light of the info now circulating around a about the Man From Nowhere.
One thing is for sure, without access to the ORIGINAL SSA# application, which of course OB is fighting tooth and nail, we have no hope of figuring the truth out for even this ONE issue.
One comment on that post even suggested that the SSA# used was simply grabbed out of the air - although the access by OB’s grandmother to SSA#’s (assuming that is true) is much more likely the source.
that is what I recall too. That she made a “special” one for SOS of Hawaii. The other for the other 56 states.
I can't remember the sites where all this was explained, but this is my best recollection.
BOR proclaimed on his TV show that Obama Sr. lived in Connecticut, with no proof.
