Zotted FReeper LorenC (Loren) and other key Fogbowers have been wrong all week. They expected Jablonski to file a certified BC with a revised motion to quash, as invited by the judge. Then they expected Jablonski to attend the hearing and produce a certified BC. After the hearing, they are perplexed and concerned regarding WHY a certified BC was not produced and why the no-show? They ponders whether this might allow "birthers" to claim Obama can't prove his eligibility.

Sad, really. It should be clear that there is a bit of a problem with the “certified LFBC.”

I will tell you right now that I had never given this "birther" issue any credit. I watched the hype and the crazies come out.

In fact, it was not until the White House released the birth certificate that it had gained my attention. I am the studious sort of guy, and I have plenty of time on my hands. So, I took a close look at this document.

Up and until Kenya was formed in 1963, it was known as the " British East Africa Protectorate". But, this is not the only thing that I found that just does not jive.

The second item that I looked into was the hospital that Obama was born in. On the birth certificate released by the White House, the listed place of birth is "Kapi'olani Maternity & Gynecological Hospital ".

This cannot be, because the hospital(s) in question in 1961 were called "Kaui Keolani Children's Hospital" and "Kapi'olani Maternity Home", respectively.

The name did not change to Kapi'olani Maternity & Gynecological Hospital until 1978, when these two hospitals merged.

How can this particular name of the hospital be on a birth certificate dated 1961 if this name had not yet been applied to it until 1978?

Undisputed in this context means deemed to be an authentic copy, not an authenticated certified BC. No birth certificate was present in the courtroom, so no BC could not have been entered into evidence under FRE 902. Only non-certifed images of two alleged birth certificates were deemed “undisputed” as a finding of fact, but only in this non-Orly case.

I proved Hawaii DOES issue long forms to those who have legal right to them, and they were NOT doing Barry any special favor nor overlooked ANY state statutes. They MUST follow the law and make all birth records available to those with legal interest and right to them for any and every reason that person may have.

So what about the brother of the baby who passed away one day after birth...

There are legal proceedings going on in Hawaii now to force Fuddy to release the docs.

Not exactly. The plaintiff's uncontested claim in the first two non-Orly cases was that the two BCs were genuine. The judge had to issue a default ruling in favor of the evidence presented in the pleadings and testimony. Orly's claim that the same images of Obama’s BCs were fakes was also not contested due to Jablonski being no-show. So today in different cases the same court accepted on motion of the plaintiffs as undisputed evidence Obama’s two BC images as being BOTH factual and faked, IMO.
