POOL REPORT
President Obama arrived in Phoenix at 3:15 pm local time, finding the chilly weather of Iowa giving way to sunny skies and temperatures in the high 60s.
He stepped off Air Force One at 3:28 pm and was greeted by Gov. Jan Brewer. She handed him a handwritten letter in an envelope and they spoke intensely for a few minutes. At one point, she pointed her finger at him.
Afterwards, your pooler spoke with the governor.
"He was a little disturbed about my book, Scorpions for Breakfast. I said to him that I have all the respect in the world for the office of the president. The book is what the book is. I asked him if he read the book. He said he read the excerpt. So."
Asked what aspect of the book disturbed him, Brewer said: "That he didn't feel that I had treated him cordially. I said I was sorry he felt that way but I didn't get my sentence finished. Anyway, we're glad he's here. I'll regroup."

Agreed. It would be a definite no-go right out of the block for a good many people - simply due to the propaganda surrounding the illegal immigration issue. Brewer herself I think should consider pursuing McCain’s Senate seat and taking her fight regarding immigration to DC - JMHO, and I know I’m not in AZ so I don’t know if that would work or not because Juan McCain is so fickle on the subject.

Hes used to conversations with his wife ending the same way. He slinks away with his head down, says things under his breath as hes leaving, he doesnt get laid...the more things change, the more they stay the sameCorrect-el-mundo, Post of the night.
He has been carved a new one by the 1st Marxist so many times, he is numb to it...

If you don't mind, I'd like to be pinged too regarding your luncheon report tomorrow.
I live about an hour and a half north of you out in the sticks of Mohave County.
You still thinking of running for one of the county supervisors?

You know, there are several other good news stories on DRUDGE right now, but I cannot find them on FR.
You can post them if they aren't up. That's one of the privileges of being a member.
So when you post them they'll be here and you won't have anything to complain about, will you.

“Governor Brewer has every right to be livid with that man,”

Jan Brewer IS a fighter. The Wuss Brothers, Boehner and McConnell, would certainly learn something from her on how to stand up, speak out and FIGHT for what is right, but they just don't want to. They and others are only interested in protecting their jobs by going along to get along...and lying to us about it. And betraying our country by NOT fighting the domestic enemies in our White House.
What will it take for these cowardly men and women in government, who work for We The People, to stand up and fight for this country, the Constitution, our liberty and our freedom?
Go, Jan, Go, and may your example inspire others to do the same. God bless you.

i>Why is it that most of the strong Republicans are Women? My and a co-worker discussed this during lunch.
Perhaps they are less likely to have mistresses or other stuff in their past that they can be blackmailed for. Look at Herman Cain -- as soon as you threaten the Dem agenda, your entire past will be examined with a microscope.
