Barack is establishing a new agency to investigate in China. He is a limited government kind of guy.

I guess if China didn't tariff out exports this wouldn't be necessary. I don't think a new agency is needed just apply tariffs to retaliate against those that tariff our exports. Not rocket science, the USA lived off of tariffs the first 80 years of its existence.
