RuPaul’s suit jacket is so poorly fitting that I believe he forgot to take the jacket off the hanger before he put it on.
OMG. Sacred ground here...Terri Schiavo. Be careful jerk panelist.
Absolutely. Before Pearl Harbor there was a very strong resistance to getting involved in the European war, especially in the midsection of the US where most of the young men were vital to operating farms that were just starting to recover from the Depression. All that changed when we were provoked. Dr. Paul knows this.
we definitely should not allow illegal aliens to enlist if the gov’t follows through on the proposed force reductions. Citizens who want to serve might not find slots, and we should accept no illegals under those circumstances, or any circumstances, IMO.
I worked for the Missile Defense Agency until last month, when my entire branch was eliminated in response to force reductions. 850 jobs eliminated across the agency. If I find out an illegal has been hired when we U.S. citizens were ushered out the door, I’m going to be really ticked.

Right. We could find ourselves in a place where Americans can’t even get accepted into the military, because, well, we’ve already got enough soldiers ...most of them mexican illegals.
And what exactly would that mean?
Yes, sir, no better person to debate this issue.
I’m in Willamette Valley of Oregon...same here...
Mods, pull that cr*p.
Geez, I'm sorry to read that. I wasn't allowed to listen to the radio or internet during the job I held for the last three years, and I've completely lost my edge. One good thing about being laid off--I can listen again.
Oh please. I am still working now and I have to work tomorrow....
Cane versus beets.
Oh, sure, Paul, like Terri’s HINO?
Better yet, what's Steyn for?
Santorum and Newt both good on Terry Schiavo.
Ron Paul, not so much.
Gingrich had a nice answer as well. He’s quick with a nice comparison to fed appeals and death row.
Excellent, excellent answer by Santorum about Terry Schiavo ... Great that he pointed out that the parents were PA constituents of his, too.
Just saw a Meet The Press ad during the commercial break from debate. David Gregory says politics is like football. Hard fought but at the end someone has to be held accountable. I am that person. The funny thing they were showing pictures of the GOP candidates. Not one democrat shown.
I was surprised also...Paul had the best answer.
This whole debate has a “Debbie Downer” tone.
I’ve heard/read Newt has never been registered as a lobbyist
I heard that Newt was going to out the politician that the son was secretly seeing - but that was in another thread. I never saw an actual story about it.
