In a desperate plea attempt, the Georgia Democratic Party Chairman Mike Berlon has made a video requesting contributions to counter the Georgia access ballot challenge to President Obama. In the video he deems the lawsuit frivolous and demands the voters 'Force' republicans to debate the issues that affects Georgia's economic problems all while ignoring the Constitutional natural born citizen eligibility problem that faces Barack Obama.

They ADMIT the charges are serious:
“If you are financially able, please make a $20 donation to fight to keep President Obama on Georgia’s ballot. This money will be used towards the best legal defense in the state to fight these serious Republican charges.”
Well Gee aren’t we as taxpayers already paying the lawyers for Obama’s defense here?

LOL. The DUmpsters are compalining about the legal skills of Bama’s local attorney, and blaim him for dropping the ball in his pleadings.
Now they want $$$ to hire the best legal guns in Georgia to defend against “serious Republican charges” that Bama isn’t qualified to be on the ballot.
What would Newt do?
If a GA Judge demanded Newt answer a summons on a complaint he was not eligible to be on the Georgia ballot, would Newt:
1) Tell the Judge he doesn’t have the authority to ask him questions?
2) Object?
3) Refuse to appear in person and file an appeal?
No! Newt would answer questions about ballot eligibility without objection. Newt would proudly tell the Judge:
1) I’ve never been a citizen of a country other than the U.S.
2) I’ve never been issued a passport by a country other than the U.S.
3) I did not attend college in the U.S. as a foreign national.
WWND - What would Newt do?

The courtroom for the hearings on January 26 has been changed to courtroom 3E at 185 Central Avenue, Atlanta, Georgia 30303. It is still in the same Fulton County Justice Center complex as it was before. We moved it to a newer courtroom that has better multimedia equipment for your convenience.
If you wish to view the courtroom the day before the hearing, we have been told that you can contact Fulton County, and the staff there will accommodate your needs.

After all, if their "President" turns out to be a fraud, (and he will), they will suffer greatly.
