I'll add that soon-to-be President Gingrich totally won me over in the recent debate when he described how to deal with our enemies:

It takes a balance of Force and Intelligence to win in this brutal world. The most effective leaders in our history all had that balance.

A rampaging Genghis Khan will only bring death and destruction to all. A thoughtful, contemplative, consensus seeking Neville Chamberlain eventually brings the same. But, a leader whose personality contains both traits in somewhat equal balance, is capable of bringing Peace through Strength (not to mention, prosperity).

I see in Newt, just such a leader.
