Leftists, MittBots, PaulBots, RINOs, Karl Rove establishment types and trolls of many stripes and colors have one-by-one driven our leading grassroots conservative candidates out of the race. They worked for years on Palin, then Perry, then Cain, then Bachmann, now Newt. When ever a non-establishment, non-RINO conservative gets into the lead they open fire and 24/7 trash and torpedo until they drive them out.
NO MORE!!
If you want to troll and trash our conservative candidates, take your business elsewhere! PaulBots can take it to a liberaltaraian site. RomneyBots to FOX News. RINO trolls to the NY Times. Lib trolls to DU. Abortionist/statist trolls to hell. I dont care where you go, but if youre here to trash Newt 24/7, Im gunning for your azz!!
REBELLION IS HERE!!
WAR IS HELL!!
DONT TREAD ON ME!!
That, and the race card, against a Texan like him...and the inevitable link to "Bush's 3rd term"...we'd have had a better chance with a Pawlenty-Bachmann ticket.
Cheers!
That is your opinion only (another key ingredient you left out). I don't see the man that way at all.
I’ve got a better idea. If you intend to continue trashing our leading grassroots conservative candidates why don’t you go join the GOP establishment elite forces on Fox News forum and carry the water for their RINO du jour. Just logoff FR, delete our cookies and bookmarks and drink that can of Troll b-Gone.
Paul is on record as being OK with Iran having nukes.
This guarantees a regional nuclear war at least.
As such, it is disposative regardless of anything else on his slate of opinions.
Cheers!
Here’s what I think about PaulBots: zot.
Paultard surrender monkeys can KMA!!
Citizen Kane ?
Amen!
indeed...Rosebud
He converted me, you and countless others here who had no intention to vote for him, on the strength of his ACTIONS.
Indeed. What kept me blinded about Newt in the early months of the primary, were the many positions he'd taken over recent years that cut against my conservative grain. Like many others, I was failing to note his actual ACCOMPLISHMENTS, which are in complete alignment with patriotic Americans' beliefs.
In addition, Newt is as smart as any of us, and is correctly assessing the lay of the field as we go to battle - even though that means he's had to abandon or rethink some of the positions he's held in recent years. He's convinced me that he's courageous enough to self correct when he sees where a tactic or position conflicts with his (and our) core values.
Believe me, since I've decided to support Newt I sincerely hope I'm wrong. And if so, I'll be first in line to shake his hand, tell him I was wrong about him, and thank him for a job well done.
And if I'm right I'll be angrier at myself than anyone else, for not listening to my gut instincts based on Newt's history and actions, not his words.
Gosh darn it all, I guess I DID forget—in the midst of all the success Perry has had in running the state of Texas, why, shoot, I guess I could be forgiven for thinking maybe Perry has a lot more intellect than most people running for President. Of course, to people like you, being a Texan no doubt makes him automatically stupid, right?
So much for not bashing good conservative candidates, I guess.
**And here’s a little clue for your (self-proclaimed) brilliance, GW: Perry is no longer running, so you have no real need to continue with the bashing. Maybe you just forgot.
Is there a reason you are intent on goading a flamewar? I think I can speak for a lot of us who are gritting our teeth right now when I ask politely to just stop and honor the original intent of this thread.
It’s done and over. History ain’t gonna change. Let it go.
You see how that works?
Uh...no. I don't see how choosing anything less than a fearless warrior chief to lead us against the most evil and insidious rot this nation has ever seen, will win the day.
I also reject your implied premise that Newt isn't "steady". He's a lot steadier than the flip-flopping Mitt, steadier than the mis-emotional Santo, and a whole lot steadier than Uncle Crazy. He's also a real statesman, which is a level that none of the others can hope to attain.
