Mark Wahlberg said today he never would have made such "out of line" comments regarding the Sept. 11 attacks -- and blamed the interviewer for asking the question.

Newt’s admitted his mistakes. Some ‘idiots’ just choose to have selective amnesia.
Some people need to feel like victims.
Excellent!...from memory?
...also, one of Hollywoods most overrated ‘actors’. I’ve been more moved by cardboard boxes.
Give him some slack. He was just practicing for his upcoming role, Mark Wahlberg as the “Mall Ninja”.
I think he was excellent in The Italian Job and The Shooter. He is not nearly as wooden as Damon or Affleck. Warhlberg gets into his characters more than most of his generation. I think he will just get better over time.
He was a seemingly healthy, 30 year old man at the time.
Was the military accepting new enlistments then, I think they were.
Or Clooney...that guy is a wooden as a two by four...
Let’s face it, everyone says that they could take on the local school bully...that’s until they actually run into him.

I like the series too but I could do without the hamfisted polemics on race and homosexuality.
I do not think the gratuitous nudity is the mark of a devout Christian influence...at least not to me.
One has to remember that passengers believed there was a bomb on board and the terrorist o9nly wanted hostages to bargain for their (presumed) demands.
It was only on later flights that they knew what we knew they were intent on suicide mission. It was on Flight 93 over Pennsylvania that Todd Beamer and others took action and said those memorial words..
“Lets Roll.”
From then on to today, nobody would think twice about taking on anyone who dared endanger their lives on any flight...
