ExtremeUnction: “Gingrich is a serial adulterer.”

That is true. Many other people are, too. However, Gingrich has openly repented of his past mistakes and appears to be trying to avoid those same mistakes now. It would be great if he had never made those mistakes to start with, but the next best thing is to admit them and no longer do them. That is a far, far cry better than never admitting one’s sins, isn’t it?

The only thing that has slowed Gingrich down is the fact that he’s too old to screw around anymore. Age slowed him down, and only age. His character (or lack thereof) is as it is.

That all depends on what the meaning of "is", is!

Typically it takes two people to eff up a marriage...one isn’t getting what he/she needs from the other, and the other isn’t giving what he/she needs.

Marriages fall apart. It’s a fact of life. Whatever the REAL reasons were that Newt’s marriages fell apart, they are his own business. People fall out of love, they realize they aren’t compatible in all the ways they need to be, etc., who knows? It comes down to he said/she said.

She had 20 years to bring this out. Now she comes crawling out of the cellar looking for a little payback with a chip on her shoulder and a willing co-conspirator in ABC news. Gee...how convenient.

We were told for eight years by the Dims that Slick Willie’s private life didn’t matter. To my mind, we should hold the media to that same standard regarding Newt.

This woman is coming off sounding vindictive, petty, shrewish, and plain bitchy. Who knows what it was like living with her. At this point, she’ll say anything - scripted, prodded, enhanced, cajoled, and coached ahead of time by a hostile liberal “news” organization determined to foist either Obama or Romney on us.

The libs will ALWAYS let you know who they’re worried about.

If I were Newt, I’d address it immediately and forcefully, and call it exactly what it looks like - a bitter, nasty ex-wife who will say and do anything to get even.

“Gingrich has openly repented of his past mistakes ...”

Yes; his excuse was that he was so busy working for the American people that he ... blah, blah ...

Whatever. If Newt is the nominee, I will vote for him (so strong is my loathing for the current administration).
