I’ve seen posters say that if one asks for forgiveness, then it’s between the sinner and God. (another interesting point—Gingrich can say he has changed, yet Romney saying he’s changed his view on abortion is not to be believed. I guess only God knows what is in their hearts. Ah, the mental gymnastics....) I don’t remember Clinton asking for forgiveness, at least not before the appearance of the blue dress and he knew he was caught.
