Ron Paul didn’t really explain his opinion the difference between defense spending v. military spending. No he didn't. In fact he got tripped up and interchanged the terms himself in the middle of his answer.

Romney stuttering about releasing his tax records...That's an ominous sign. Obviously Romney wants to sew up the nomination before releasing them. We'll be screwed for the general election but hey, at least Mitt will have had his turn and will have denied a real conservative the nomination.
