Not so much on the question but the fact that he’s got Romney stumbling for words. And yes, I happen to believe that felons that have done their time should get their rights back. The reason the recidivism rate is so high is because ex-cons are given no chance to integrate back into society - driving many of them back to a life of crime. If we aren’t willing to treat ex-cons as citizens - then keep them in prison and throw away the key.

I don’t agree with his vote on this issue, but he made Romney look bad in that exchange. Santorum needs to bring up man-made climate change and no path to legal status for illegal aliens. I suspect the media will try to stop those issues from being talked about.
