Disclosure: I am not a Newt Supporter, and I was disappointed with the Bain ads, but Newt's PAC nails it with this one. I just heard this ad on the radio here in Georgia. Instead of engaging in character assassination, the ad just sits back and let's Mitt Romney assassinate his own character. In Mitt's own words . . .

Something behind Romney that is just hidden and this is probably one. He is not the squeaky clean jackass that so many believe. That is how we got King Obama. Foolish Americans that have lost brain power and no excuse.
Newt Gingrich for President

...the ad just sits back and let's Mitt Romney assassinate his own character. A candidate supporting state-sanctioned murder of the innocent is unfit to run as a Republican, much less serve as a the President of the United States. It's no surprise that supporter of Mitt Romney are rightfully banned from Free Republic, a pro-God, pro-family, pro-life forum for authentic Conservatism.

Mitt the chameleon. That is a good ad, yet I would like to see them do one on Romneycare the blueprint of Obamacare.
Why have they all dropped this issue? If that is not stopped nothing else matters.

I heard that ad on the radio today. Sickening what Romney did and I hope the word gets out all over S.C. Glad Newt put it out there. Then I hope any changed minds will go to Santorum and not Newt.

Yep, this is all fair game.

Disclosure : I am waiting for the Romney team to ask Noot why he had to leave Congress . Maybe he could explain the 300 thousand dollar fine. Noot please tell us exactly what were the exact arrangements for you book deal. I know these are old charges but now there are millions of people under 60 that are interested in the election who have no idea who the old guy is . Remember it is not about proof it is about the seriousness of the charges. Come on Romney man up , this would be low hanging fruit.

It’s going to be Romney or Obama. Take your pick. All Newt is doing is ensuring it’s Obama.

If Newt had done this from the outset, we’d have a different outcome. Alas, Newt being Newt, he didn’t.

Go, Newt!
Willard “Chainsaw Mitt” Romney is a lot of things, but a dog lover he ain’t.
To: Hoodat
FINALLY Newt gets away from that stupid DNC-worthy Bain “documentary”, and onto the KEY ISSUES Mittens on which is vulnerable. Unfortunately it is likely far too late, as Gingrich has collapsed in the polls in SC and FL.
To: Hoodat
Did you see how hateful Willard the Liberal answered the question on parental notification. He acted mad. This man is a loose cannon. It looked like his head was about to spin around on it’s shoulders.

Great ad and there is a similar 30 sec version playing on TV. More to come.

Mitt has no standards. He is a fake. There is no other way to look at his position on abortion than this. If this doesn’t turn every single conservative and most Republicans off to him, nothing will.
Next, on to romneycare....

Good move on Newt’s part. For now, Romney’s the one we need to stop.

They should have been running these types of ads from the beginning. It takes some time for this message to percolaate and sink in with the audience. I really hope it does in time for the next primaries.
They should also run ads on Romneycare, which I believe would be huge. Especially if they pushback on Romney's assertion that Romneycare is a free market idea. The message should be, is this the type of person, with this mindset, the one who should be our nominee? Republicans want change, not more of the same.
