Tim Tebow delivers John 3:16 message without saying a word

Excerpt:

Much fun has been made about Tim Tebow’s devotion to Christianity. Some people complain that the Denver Broncos quarterback mentions God and Jesus too much. But even when he remains silent on the issue, Tebow gets his message across.

Just take a look at a couple of items from Sunday’s 29-23 overtime victory over the Pittsburgh Steelers.

1. He passed for 316 yards against the Steelers.

Which brings to mind perhaps the most famous Bible verse of all, John 3:16. Who needs a rainbow-haired guy holding up a John 3:16 sign when you have Tebow?

2. Tebow set an NFL playoff record with 31.6 yards per completion.

31.6? John 3:16? Stop, it’s getting spooky now.

~~~~~
John 3:16
For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life.
~~~~~~

Amen!

God bless Tebow for being a pure voice of goodness in this dark wilderness for God ..prayers for a safe and exciting game for all!

Fantastic game!

Wow!

It was as great as I thought it would be.

Picked the ‘49ers but it is a hard choice - I got lucky. Great game, Saints, as well as ‘49ers.

35-7 at the half.
Denver keeping themselves in the game!
Now if someone can lock the Patriots in the locker room, this could be a real good game.

Paging any member of the Denver defense. Any member of the Denver defense..., please pick up the white courtesy phone.

Very impressive New England. Brady and Gronkowski, looking good guys.

Five TD passes in the first half a playoff game record for Brady and three touchdown receptions in the first half, a playoff record for Gronkowski too. Wow...

I’m not big into this game because I don’t have a dog in this hunt, but I’ve got it on in the background, and like New England or not, they were impressive in the first half.

The first game ended interestingly, although in retrospect, the outcome was predictable. :’) I rooted for the Saints, but I think the 49ers will match up better with the Patriots.

New England obviously wanted to show everyone what a real NFL quarterback and football team look like.

Last week was pretty clearly one of the most blatant flukes in NFL playoff history, right up there with Seattle beating New Orleans last year, caused by a result of all the Steelers injuries and their horrible defensive game plan.

Wow. Why does every talking head in the NFL continue to talk up Saints Defensive coach Williams? Last years’ playoffs Seattle that D look stupid.

This year it was the 9’ers in their first playoff gtame in 8 years.

I wouldn’t wait for other teams to make an offer on the guy, I’d have fired him on the field after the final whistle blew.

Pats/Broncs....That was just the Pats doing to a heavy run team with a crappy D what you DO to a heavy run team with a crappy D. Outscore them, fast. They can’t pass so they can’t keep up. This is not a personal knock on Tebow but c’mon, this was Tom freakin’ Brady. Who did not think that he might have been a little miffed being overlooked in the media for Gods’ chosen one?

4 TD’s is a great game, 6 and it was personal.

Does anyone know why Harbaugh called a time out in the closing seconds of the game that gave the Saints another down, or was that a mistake?
