Car owners with a television are 27 percent more likely to suffer heart attacks than people who have neither, according to a global study on physical exercise and heart disease published Wednesday.
More broadly, the study -- covering more than 29,000 people in 52 countries -- showed that working up a light sweat may be the best preventative medicine against heart failure.
I’m just waiting for the breathlessly(!) announced scientific study that reveals which lifestyle(s) or accoutrement thereof leads to not dying. At all.
Until then, all the grant whores are on ignore.
[waggling eyebrows]
Yeah, that was my first thought too. But, I live in SoCal so that might not be so far from the idea in this article. Lol
Do you suppose a barefoot Kenyan passing a tennis shoe wearing Kenyan feels smug and superior like a Volt owner does here passing an SUV here?
I guess the point of the study was to demonstrate that correlation doesn’t need to imply causation? I really can’t think of any other reason.
BREAKING. . . . BREAKING. . . . BREAKING. . . .
Those who breath air and drink water have a 100% mortality rate.

Translation: Capitalism is evil and communism is utopian.
Pray for America
Car owners with a television
Does that mean cars with an entertainment systems...or does it mean AMERICANS who owns a car and a TV?
If I get rid of my car and walk to work I’m at 5000% greater risk of being run over by one.
