PRINCETON, NJ -- Mitt Romney is the now the only candidate that a majority of conservative and moderate/liberal Republicans nationwide see as an "acceptable" GOP nominee for president. Conservative Republicans are more likely to say Romney would be an acceptable nominee than either Newt Gingrich or Rick Santorum.

I’d pee on him even if he weren’t on fire!
Mitt Romney wins much coveted Jimmy Carter endorsement
Gore Praises Romney's 'Climate Protection Plan'
Carville(D):
"It's a feel-good story, this Romney thing.
Romney is an ascendant guy."
Sen. John Kerry (D) to Don Imus on RomneyCARE:
"I like this health care bill".
Sen. Hillary Clinton (D) on RomneyCARE:
"To come up with a bipartisan plan in this polarized environment is commendable."
Tell me what parts of the Constitution are enforce now? Both parties routinely ignore it and do as they please. We are no longer a republic and the Constitution is in the way of the liberals, both parties. We are no longer a country where the rule of law means anything. Sadly we are corrupt to the core at most all levels of government.
Unfortunately we have lost our republic. Neither the country or the republicans have the gumption to fight for its restoration. I fear I will live to see the day that Reagan spoke of where he would often say, freedom is just one generation away from being lost. We are quickly approaching that point and the powers that be in Washington are not asleep at the wheel they are the ones, both parties driving the ship of state into the rocks.

Have you broken down the primaries by proportionate representation vs winner-take-all states? I ask because I wonder if, even with a split conservative vote, it’s possible to deny Romney a simple majority of delegates and get a brokered convention.
How did they define a conservative? I’m guessing anyone who could say “Reagan” without sneering or breaking into profanity would qualify as conservative for Gallup.
I’d vote for Jimmy Carter then Mitt
How about some examples of Republicans denying the Constitution. Especially those as egregious as 0’s ignoring the rules/laws regarding appointments and states rights.
That’s the winner! Thank you!
