Sarah Palins husband is endorsing Newt Gingrich for president, Todd Palin told ABC News today.
But Sarah Palin, the former Alaska governor and John McCains 2008 Republican running mate, has yet to decide who is best able to go up against Barack Obama, Todd Palin said.
Palin said he has not spoken to Gingrich or anyone from the former House speakers campaign. But he said he respects Gingrich for what he went through in the 1990s and compared that scrutiny in public life to what Sarah Palin went through during her run for the vice presidency.

Don’t get caught up in the swamp, the thing to know is that the Palins have been putting out the Gingrich signals for weeks, and this solidifies it, the only true, formal, “endorsement” would be the Governor’s, not Todd’s.

Right. It seems extremely doubtful that Todd would endorse anyone without consulting with Sarah first. He might well have a personal preference, but he would keep it to himself unless she said it was OK.

We now know that Mister Palin is also highly intelligent.

It's possible that Sarah Palin is prohibited from giving an endorsement because of her Faux News contract as a paid political analyst, and if that's the case, then Todd's endorsement, could be speaking for her.

Todd seems to have succeeded in signaling the Palins approval of Newt. What an astounding accomplishment for him.

Odd statement to bother posting, but I guess it signals an attitude.

Just as Palin "analyzed" on Saturday that Obama and the media are hoping that the easily defeatable Romney is the nominee, maybe she can "analyze" on the weekend before South Carolina's primary that Newt is the most skilled, experienced, and electable of the remaining candidates.

Evangelical means being vocal about your Faith in Christ.
Evangelical came to be about 200 years ago coming from revivals in the North Atlantic Anglo World. (ONE definition)
There are Many definitions of Evangelical and could be used with Catholics as well. :)

...............thank you sir............you speak for me too!
I have spent a lot of time on the Yukon River and I can tell you that any man that will drive a snowmobile 100mph into a wall of falling snow in the name of competition for competitions sake is a man’s man and deserves fundamental and basic respect.
Obviously, Da Coyote doesn’t respect himself/herself!

You never listen to what Sarah Palin says.
Just a short time ago (same appearance where she said Huntsman anf Bachman were history) she openly questioned Newt’s “supposed” intelligence (WRT the debates) when asked if she would serve as his VP candidate. Did that sound to your ears like an endorsement?
If she were so inclined, that would have been a golden opportunity to come foreward with fluent praise, rather than derision.
Your ears hear only what they want to hear.

Not interesting but expected. I knew they were for him but didn’t expect to ‘hear’ an endorsement.
Todd knows a winner - he married one.
Go NEWT - Patriots are behind you!

Go Sarah, GO!
Didn't Newt say he would consider Sarah for Veep? That would be Awesome!
While I still sometimes worry about Newt, if Todd and Sarah trust him, that is good enough for me, I just pray that this is enough to Him Over top Against Obama.....I mean Romney in South Carolina, Because I think Rush has said the last how many times, whoever has won South Carolina has won the Rep Nomination.
Not that if Mittens goes get the Whig Nomination, that I will be voting for him by the way, I will be voting for the Conservative.

It is very interesting that so many non-Newt’s have come on here to Discount, explain away this “non-endorsement”.
LOL
I am really enjoying the “twisting in knots” they have got them selves into.

On his third marriage.
Obama's been married once - that should satisfy your need of what's qualified. But if the 'D' throws you off, how about the same w/an R behind their name - Mitt.
Patriots vote for Patriots - not empty suits.
