“You know what would be a killer? What if a State decided Obama is not eligible and it was referred to the USSC, and the USSC declined to hear it. POW! (We know that won’t happen though.)”

I would not be surprised if they declined to hear it and said it's a states issue, and each state can decide the case. Nothing surprises me anymore.

I would be astonished if that nest of judicial activists could stay out of it.

In addition to questioning the validity of his citizenship, any lawsuit must thoroughly question the validity of any documentation he has submitted, and demand information from his schools, passport travels, selective service registration, possible use of multiple social service numbers, the discrepancy in documents submitted to the States by Nancy Pelosi attesting to his eligibility, and his work history. If his entire history wasn't challenged before then it needs to challenged vigorously NOW!

If ANY of us applied for a job, and submitted false documentation we could be denied the job, and/or prosecuted.

So to me the two main questions that have to be answered are:

1. Is Obama a natural born citizen?

2. If he is, has he submitted false documentation to run for office?
