For Romney to get in Newt and Santorum have to lose and then Mitt has to beat zero, that's a lot of ifs.

I'm betting Newt will win.

Worst case,if Romney does get in undoubtedly we will have a conservative house and senate.Tea Party folks.

< He works with us not us with him. The choice will be ours. We know not to bow to rino BS any more. I doubt it happens. Their days are numbered.

I don't see Sarah hand holding anymore rinos into the Senate. She has paid her dues.

LOL! Some how I don’t think mr reaganaut would appreciate it if reaganaut “grew a pair.”

Hey you old fogie, if you could read you’d realize I didn’t say that - I stated that on the political front he seems to espouse the same positions as Reagan. You claimed otherwise, but haven’t been able to show it...

Sorry...

Voting for Romney is giving up.

You are the one that needs to grow up if you think Romney is controlable in any way.

He has spent his whole life getting exactly what he wants and won’t stop now. He is LDS royalty and expects to be treated like it everywhere else.

Reagan was a conservative, Romney is not. To equate the two shows what a troll and Romneybot you are.

First, what’s with the linking other people here? Can’t stand the heat in the first place?

Second, I did no such thing as you claim I did - I stated he holds most of the same political positions as Reagan. And that’s the fact - you seem to forget that Reagan (once Governor of my State of CA) not only gave us liberal SC justices, but signed amnesty, an abortion bill that allowed abortion in some cases, and raised taxes.

You forget that Reagan was good, but he wasn’t “God”. And you want to insist that Romney is as liberal as Obama when the FACTS are completely contradictory to that.

If you have no logical argument (and your refusal to address the linked points I presented), then I suggest you go and read up and learn a bit rather than just ranting off and trying to rile up a crowd to support you in your own witch hunt.

LISTEN PEOPLE YOU CAN DO BOTH

YOU STILL MUST GO TO THE POLLS AND MAKE SURE YOU VOTE FOR REPUBLICAN CONGRESSIONAL SEATS- BUT SKIP A VOTE FOR PRESIDENT

We need a republican veto-proof majority of TEA party people in congress much more than we need the presidency, and I will NOT vote for another rino like Romney either.

I have an idea, why don’t you put your money where your mouth is rodguy and post a thread stating that everyone who doesn’t cave and vote for Romney if he gets the nomination needs to, in your words, “grow up and get a pair”.

I dare you.

You need to brush up on your facts, Romney IS as liberal as Obama. Check out FR’s Romney truth file.

And I pinged JR because I wanted him to see just how stupid you are.

I disagree that a vote for Romney is better than a vote for Obama

If romney wins, and has a Republican Congress, they will eel the need to support and POS socialist legislation he proposes, like Bush Jr and the third largest entitlement program ever.

But...

If we all go to the polls and vote for CONGRESS and SENATE seats to make sure we get a veto-proof majority then they will stuff every bit of legilation in Obama’s face AND repeal Obamacare right out from under him.

That would make Obama useless.

It would make the GOP party establishment irrelevant

It would allow the congress to gut everything and blame obama, and NOT feel they have to agree with everythign a Romney presidency would bring.

The last time we had this mix under clinton Gingrich balanced the budget and stopped Clinton from everything

My conscience will not allow me to vote for a pro choice candidate period.

Romney says whatever is convenient at the time.

You party over principle voters have no moral values.

I believe in voting pragmatically to a point, but abortion is a line I will not and can not cross and I have heard Mitt with my own ears.

Good luck with all that.

4 more years of Obama is not my fault.

It's the fault of those with no morals.

Yet the facts are otherwise - I’ve linked it. How up-to-date and accurate is that truth file?

Romney’s on record as wanting to repeal Obamacare. Right there blows your whole claim out of the water. Your own ignorance is plain for everyone to see - and I don’t need to raise a rabble around me to cover my own flank...

Reaganaut doesn't need a pair. Furthermore, voting for Romney because "you haven't proven that Mitt's positions are different from Reagan's" is out-thinking 'these bastards' precisely by giving in to them. Mitt has a record of governing as liberally as Obama; Mitt's "conservatism" now is electoral rhetoric.

Finally, Mitt's supporters have yet to show that Mitt can get more than 25% of votes outside the Bay State. It hasn't even been shown that he could be re-elected in Massachusetts.

If we have to accept this fantasy Romney who adopted an entirely new set of beliefs at almost age 60, to run in the GOP presidential primary, then of course you Romneybots can make your disingenuous claims, but we honest people don’t have to do that.

Our job as conservative voters is to honestly evaluate the candidates, and our honest assessment of your guy, is that he is a determined, lifelong, liberal, who actually resents conservatism and wants it defeated.
