Furthermore, voting for Romney because "you haven't proven that Mitt's positions are different from Reagan's" is out-thinking 'these bastards' precisely by giving in to them. Mitt has a record of governing as liberally as Obama; Mitt's "conservatism" now is electoral rhetoric.
Finally, Mitt's supporters have yet to show that Mitt can get more than 25% of votes outside the Bay State. It hasn't even been shown that he could be re-elected in Massachusetts.
