This just a mild analogy compared to what we can expect from Obama if we pick Romney as our candidate.
Any candidate can destroy obama by painting him as the communist he is. Union workers are a small percent of the middle class. Most of the millions of middle class workers in this country work in the private sector for evil corporations, banks, small business, etc. If obama goes after those sectors - he goes after the private sector middle class. This needs to be emphasized IMO. We are not a country of unions workers. They are relegated to the big blue cities and government. We can beat them.
Ignoring the likes of me relegates losers to continued losses.

Ignoring you? No. REAL Conservatives are fighting RINOS like you. We are fed up with the GOP handing us losers and Mitt will go down in flames if the GOP is stupid enough to shove him down our throats.
Don’t like it? Take it up with JR.
[He will make Obama load his pants!]
Problem is he wouldn’t have a problem changing his diaper.
zealous conservative credentials.

If you are supporting Mitt, you need to turn those credentials in because you are not a Conservative.
Ha, I was thinking Trini Lopez, "If I had a Hammer"!
LOL...just kidding ;)
Isn’t it about time that Republicans use the same tactics as Democrats?
- - - - - -
Cheating is not the answer. As republicans we are supposed to be the ones with ethics. Romney has none. And I’m not talking about just against the Dems. Romney will cheat against other Republicans. He is a dem in a suit and tie.
Are you by any chance LDS? Not that I expect a truthful answer from someone who thinks cheating is a good idea.
I applaud any person willing to stand for freedom and against Obama.
- - - - -
Then why are you supporting Mitt?
Cue music from Jaws....
Obama will lose to anybody BUT Mitt. The rank and file GOP don’t support Mitt, they are willing to rally behind anyone else.
It is the GOP that is shoving Romney on us.
LOL.
From Palin to Romney? I don’t think so. They are worlds apart and I jumped off the Palin bandwagon long ago and I can still see that.
She didn’t quit, she was never in.
What is your DUmmie screen name?
Why are you spouting leftest dribble here and supporting Mittens to boot?
I can see Palin from my porch!
Then don't accept the status quo!
Stop waiting for the GOP to do your work!
YOU do it!!
I'm a Tea Party organizer in Connecticut.
I've helped recruit many good conservative state candidates here.
In 2010 we picked up 17 seats in the state legislature, many of them Tea Party people.
When I started the Dump Dodd movement in late 2008, I was finished with status quo politics.
I was "mad as hell and not going to take it anymore!"
I did what was necessary to ensure that Dodd did not try to reimpose himself on Connecticut.
So many Democrat incumbents get beaten down and somehow get reelected.
Our Reject Reid movement in Nevada was not successful.
Our movement was noticed and feared.
My designs are on display in the Museum of Connecticut History located across the street from the State Capitol in Hartford.
I'm a born agitator, a trait which I've had to keep subdued for most of my life.
Much of what I post is a devil's advocate position.
It's provocative and aimed to stir the pot.
My presidential choices ( and donations ) have gone to Sarah Palin, Herman Cain and Newt Gingrich so far.
I've dedicated the past three years to defeating President Obama in 2012.
In my opinion, the GOP, Tea Party and conservatives in general have only four options left, unless a miracle happens.
It's Romney, Gingrich, Santorum or Paul - all flawed in many different ways.
But either one is light years apart from Obama.
It comes down to Freedom versus government oppression.
Capitalism versus Socialism.
Prosperity versus government subsistance.
For me the choice is crystal clear.
I'll leave the name calling to the political illiterate!
Massachusetts is 'Rat enough to send the like of Barney Frank and Gerry Studds to Congress for many terms, but Governor Romney's religion was never an issue here.
Maybe I should get out more, but the majority of the attacks on his religion that I have seen have been right on this forum.
I prefer the Peter, Paul, and Mary version.

They re-wrote the Seeger song and made it popular in April, 1993.
Then Trini covered it in Dec.
Romney's no more a fighter than McCain was. He's a finger in the wind, rush to the head of the parade, milquetoast!
From wiki...."If I Had a Hammer (The Hammer Song)" is a song written by Pete Seeger and Lee Hays. It was written in 1949 in support of the progressive movement, and was first recorded by The Weavers, a folk music quartet composed of Seeger, Hays, Ronnie Gilbert and Fred Hellerman, and then by Peter, Paul and Mary.
The song was first performed publicly by Pete Seeger and Lee Hays on June 3, 1949 at St. Nicholas Arena on W. 66th Street in New York at a testimonial dinner for the leaders of the Communist Party of the United States, who were then on trial in federal court, charged with violating the Smith Act by advocating the overthrow of the U.S. government.[1] It was not particularly successful when it was first released, likely due in part to the political climate of the time.[citation needed] It fared notably better when it was recorded by Peter, Paul and Mary more than a decade later. Their cover of the song, released in August 1962, became a Top 10 hit.
It really is amazing what I learn here at FR!
