Because Newt and Beck define “Israel” differently and because Beck is going to come out for Romney eventually and if he thinks it will come down to Newt Vs. Romney he will have already laid the groundwork so it looks like he thought about it before shilling for Romney when in truth he has always been for Romney.
The Mormon brainwashing has made Beck go completely off the rails.
Mormons = allegience to the church above all, not to the country.

In this election cycle Beck has never said anything good about Mitt Romney. I don’t know who it is you are confusing him with but you are wrong. Mitt Romney is hated by Beck and Beck makes that very clear frequently.
Beck liked Bachmann in this race and speaks favorably about Rick Santorum. So far the Mormon guy, Beck and I see eye to eye on that.
Disclaimer, I have subscribed to Becks TV show. I only see it once or twice a month, just don’t have the time, but his shows so far that I have watched have been entertaining and informative. I don’t hate someone just because they are Mormon or associate with them. I don’t assume that Mormons will irrationally support other Mormons in politics. Beck is strange, I’ll give you that but we should all be as conservative and informed as him.
