A drastic departure from his usual image as a stoic, policy-drive candidate, Gingrich cried more than once in recalling how even today he still cries when he sings Christmas carols. GOP pollster Frank Luntz asked the tear-evoking question.
"I get teary-eyed everytime we sing Christmas carols," he said, starting to choke up. "My mother sang in the choir and loved singing in the choir. And I don't know if I should admit this, but when I was very young she made me sing in the choir and we had pictures of me at a very young age singing in the choir."

Well they certainly do NOT recognize the cross as they believe that (conditional based on LDS “commandments”) salvation was achieved by the suffering Jesus experienced in the Garden of Gethsemane, not by His death and resurrection, as to we Christians.
Did he cry during Brokeback Mountain? What’s up with Rinos crying all the time?
omigosh. I feel all better now. Old Yeller didn’t die?
I have been weeping a lot myself lately as I watch this “Republican primary” circular jerk unfold before my eyes. We’re going to get four more years of Barack the Kenyan because of it. But hey! We “vetted” all of our candidates! We “vetted” ‘em real good!
Thank you for mentioning.
Look what his crying has gotten us.
Newt can join John on the sidelines and let real men and women run this Country.
A 90-minute town hall with good questions and substantive answers, and this is all the media wants to talk about.
The more I see of Newt, the more I understand him and I know I have made the right choice in supporting him. GO NEWT!
Actually in the Republican "open" primaries, Republicans don't necessarily do the "vetting", the GOP allows Democrats' vote to vet and eliminate who they don't like. Astonishing.
“Newt can join John on the sidelines and let real men and women run this Country. “
And where, might I ask, have those people been hiding?
Because they all have made a real job of finding other stuff to do.

Undecideds begin break to Gingrich.
“Anyone who does not embrace this tender moment is obviously heartless
LOL
[ And I don’t know if I should admit this, ]
No doubt about it Newt “IS” the devil...
DITTOS
I can’t even force myself to click on the vid.
Leave 'em burning and then you're gone
Looking out for another, anyone will do
You're in the mood for a dance
And when you get the chance"
You should, it’s a genuine human moment talking about his mother.
lol
Well, sorry for the cynicism but don’t see Newt as the cryin’ kind of guy, and we’ve all cringed at Boehner crying so much.
I’ll take Newt if I have to but I don’t consider myself blind or deserving of a fate worse than death because I prefer another candidate.
Fox has been outrageous in their support for Romney...every bit as bad as the MSM.
...and yes, Noonan, Coulter, KrauthDbag, Rove....most of conservative talk radio...they are all selling out to Establishment RINO Romney because they are ignorant enough to think he can beat Obama.
They will be in for a rude awakening if he wins.
Gingrich is the only one savvy enough to beat him at a huge financial disadvantage.
Unfortunately that is the reality.
But we have to keep looking.
