Sorry to disappoint the libs and rino's that we could could never live up to the passion of our military who are willing and have given their life for this country. Hey - military - tone it down!! It wasn't about her but what she represents, 'WeThePeople'. You bought the media lie and their alinksy tactic - look it up - put a face on the one to be attacked that is a danger to their socialism/communism agenda. She represents what ALL conservatives say they want and it was the liberals and rino's job to defile her ANY way they could. It wasn't rocket science to see their tactics but, IMO, it certainly showed those who could and couldn't be moved by liberal and rino tactics.

And they haven't stopped - now they are telling us what we should look for in a president and favor mitt and cover for him at every turn. Of course you know that but you didn't know it was their spin with their 'passionate' mantra that you are repeating. I love this country and appreciate what every true conservative has gone through - from the liberal and rino trashing as they step up to the plate and are bold about protecting her/Our Constitution. If anyone has a problem with that - I say good - bring it on, pissants. I go down, you go down. They won't find passion in communism/socialism - so they will finally get what they want. And that happens to be a very real possibility - by the way they are now attacking Newt and some here following suit.

I shouldn’t have used the word “emotional”-—my fault. I think worshipful would be more accurate, since I completely agree with you that emotion goes together with patriotism. You’re also right that it wasn’t about her, but about the country and its ideals. But, with all respect, the rest of your post serves to illustrate my point. I bought the media’s Alinskyite tactic? Huh?

Like I said, I would have been glad to vote for Sarah, and I still like her. But I don’t have a lot of patience when folks tell me I turned against her, etc., because I got tired of her waffling and found another candidate. As for attacking Newt, I haven’t seen a lot of that. What I have seen is the vetting process of a primary season. I myself don’t trust Newt. If that’s seen as an attack against him, well...I guess it will have to be that.
