I can only theorize that he is standing at the gates of heaven, taking a long look at the people he tortured as God or St. Peter reads off their names, their names being the reason that Kim-berly cannot at all enter the Gates.

I am making some phone calls into Pyongyang just to see if people are picking up the phone, or the phone lines are blocked, or whatever. They are saying they will accept NO mourners from abroad in official capacity for his funeral on 28 December in Pyongyong.

30 minutes ago I heard live North Korean radio on a powerful station. They were tersely naming off all 200 plus Kim Jong il KWP (Party) funeral committee members, in a somber tone. Male voice. No music heard yet. It went something like this (from the Choson Shinpo site here in Japan announcing it) (these are the DPRK Korean names, three syllables each, usually, starting with young whippersnapper General Kim Jong Eun, the "kid") :

Flag is now at half/ staff at DPRK Embassy in Beijing. (as of 40 minutes ago or so). Japan Emergency Cabinet Meeting as we speak. I would imagine US troops in Japan as well will up the Defcon level for something like this. They have nukes over there, and now a 28-year old kid who likes to shell South Korean islands, in charge of the button (supposedly). Serious business. As if the Pakistani regime came down and we had to get to the nukes, or at least one step short of that. China is also going to fear a massive outpouring of refugees from the North, I bet they start to barb wire and landmind their border with DPRK.
