Kim Jong-il died at 8:30 AM, Dec.17 (2011,) according to Korean Central Agency's report on Dec. 19.
The agency reports, "while on on-site tour, Chairman Kim Jong-il passed away in this train due to accumulated mental and physical fatigue at 8:30 AM, Dec. 17, 2011.
