Always check with your local board of elections to verify election dates, times and locations ahead of time. I think that everyone will know by early Feb that Newt is the nominee.

....because of rule changes and Punishment for moving primaries up early, these early primaries equate to just 15% of the delegates needed....most if the other states filing happens later on by February

I could certainly live with that, but I would still prefer Marco Rubio.

This is why I say that before May, 2012, Newt will have it sewed up. You know what surprised me the most about this list? The number of States that have caucuses instead of Primaries. That usually favors the Conservatives.

Didn’t know that James Warren DeMint and I had the same middle name. Now, I’m convinced he is the best person for the job. LOL!

Gingrich ain’t pickin Rubio..

Why is that? If what you say is true, then I’d rather have Gingrich and “somebody else” rather than Romney/Rubio.

Can you, or any other Rubio booster here, post ANYTHING that he has done (other than get elected to the US Senate, where he has served less than two years) which makes him REMOTELY qualified for the Presidency or Vice Presidency?

Please don't compare him to Obama in terms of experience - we know how that turned out.

I doubt Perry even comes in third. He blew his chance. Ron Paul will get more votes than him.

I’ve been against him from the jump but the disgusting thing is even he compares favorably to Gingrich.

I am seeing all the projections that there will NOT be an election. That all the efforts and fundraising, fighting and feces slinging will be a waste of time and manpower because the Obama machine has a plan to keep him in office.

Not that we shouldn’t quit but we must think ahead.

They cannot fabricate enough illegal votes, they have been successful at removing the most vocal and effective opposition so far but still they are like rats in a bucket, cornered and still dangerous.

It would be very prudent to prepare for the time and place should it be announced that no election will be held due to some national emergency, I have almost no doubt something will “innocently” appear.

Perhaps Iran will have copied and built several drone clones and manages to release them over a major theme park or the Daytona 500, or even an attack upon the Whitehouse.

Regardless of what may happen we all should keep in focus what would happen should this actually happen.

The established Muslim Brotherhood, the Islamic infiltration, the overall weakening of America through the military to the economy is the Cloward Piven plan, excuse my spelling, they will NOT just surrender, they must be hunted down and destroyed, there can be “no peace” much like a scene from the movie, “Independence Day”.

We must draft, nominate and elect . . . President Sarah Palin.

I love the sound of that, and I will enjoy voting for (future) President Palin more than anything else I can imagine. However, I don't believe a new candidate will enter the race and get the 2012 GOPnomination, not even her. My prayers are that Sarah will enter the 2016 race early, and that America will survive that long despite the dangers we face from enemies, foreign and domestic.

I understand that, but the VEEP spot is primarily ceremonial. He is a smart guy and actually, all he would have to do is surround himself with intelligent, qualified people; that's what good presidents do; should it ever come to him being cast into the Oval Office. He would carry FL for the GOP and help nationally with the Hispanic vote. And, it's a known political fact that whoever carries 2 out of the 3 States of FL, OH and PA, wins the White House. So, give the guy a chance. I love Sarah Palin, but Rubio has a much governmental experience as she had in '08. Who's your choice Jim? The "career politicians" we've had for decades haven't such a great friggin' job. Political whores; all.

My hopes are with Perry. ____________________________________________________________Are you talking about Gov. Rick Perry of Texas? The dude who Obozo would mop the floor with in the Presidential Debates? The dude who can't remember what he had for breakfast this morning? Who admitted on the Greta Vansusteren show on FOX that he forgot that the voting age was now 18 instead of 21 and the dude who called Solyndra a country instead of a manufacturing corporation on one of the Sunday morning talk shows after the Saturday night debate?
Is that the "Perry" your hopes are with? GOD HELP US AND PLEASE HURRY!!!
