I don’t think Trump will go Third Party either. Just don’t make sense.

Trump is one man, a single vote... the potential audience for a debate sponsored by him is pretty big... and it’s full of American men and women, voters all, (so it stands to reason or else they’d be watching MTV). So what if you despise Trump? Do you also despise the voters?

I agree....this is whole Trump thing is just ridiculous......but that's what conservatives do do...far too stoic and it gets us all hurt for it.

I'm beginning to think people are watching ""the game" let alone the strategy of the players. As you said .."who cares if it's Trump? I see it as an opportunity for them all...and should trump run they'd be sitting with him anyway...so if they wanted they could even go after Trump as the host...as Newt did with the press.

Each candidate should be a moderator.

That would be interesting. 15 minutes of each candidate asking the questions.

I could be wrong but hasn’t Romney also declined the Trump debate? And I could swear I heard Trump absolutely demolishing Romney on the radio last week. It was on the John Gibson show. John is a Romney darling and tried to discredit Trump after his comments toward Romney. A circus show if you ask me.

Running from judgement.

Interesting that in our times so many ELITES are only elite because they are the most adept at running from judgement. Judgement being an honest court trial, a honest and full hearing, a full public debate, a long and full news conference. Or judgement by class grades in tough subjects with tough teachers, or the judgement of customers of actual works created, published or delivered into the marketplace under their own hand, without mass marketing.

The Clinton duo was the greatest, until there was an Obama. THAT is why Obama is “President”. (Quotes to show that status is as a usurper.)

Obama is the greatest at avoiding judgement, at running from judgement. See, even his lower minion, Eric Holder, is adept at running from judgement, the judgement of Congress pursuing the crimes of the Fast and Furious gun running program.

Romney, Perry, Huntsman — they show their elite status, they raise the ELITE signal flags on their ships, but so disparaging and running from a real debate. It gives them cred with the media, with the current elite and with those who would want to be part of today’s elite.

They run FROM judgement and run FOR office.

A topsy-turvy time, but not in the good old fun ways of a Gilbert and Sullivan operetta. More like a Grand Guignol.

They should all tell the SRM that they will attend their debates only after Rush and Mark Levin moderate the next Democratic debate.

hahaha...wouldn't that be interesting!

Speaking of the demorats...we're so busy shooting at our own feet we're not watching the left....and they are on the move.

I keep hearing their going to put Hillary up in a week or so because Obama is just plain done. But if they do so it's admitting their own defeat...so it's a catch 22.

We haven't see the democrates plays as they are going to be..yet. It's all being pushed by others working on their behalf right now...and unfortunately some Republicans are thier patseys, whic sickens me...but just wait...it's coming.

Trumps not going to run third party....that’s just another distraction that shakes people up....

You're sure of that, are you? During which week did he say he wasn't running, and why do you suppose he vacillates about it... just to keep us little people on our toes and dancing to the tune he likes? Agreed, this is a fickle nation, but I've never been "fickle" in my detesting Donald Trump.

Too bad.

Perry looked good for a moment again, but his
cowering, and fear again, show his links
to Karl Rove.

Goodbye, Gov. Perry.

Trump is an investor and entertainer...that's about the it of it. How he plays in those parks is immaterial to me...I see him for what he is...both nationally and internationally...and so do those who deal with him.

Egomaniac is a soft word for him...but sooo what...they can and are used to somes advantage and they use him. Again..politics is on a different "stage" today...Obama changed that equation when he used the internet, facebook, and and his blackman...and we know he has the press in his pocket.

Do we use what we have and those willing to step up to the plate to have our candidates heard up front and personal. Yep and who cares who they are.....Trumps just one of many out there....and there will be more strtrgies used..bet on it.

BTW...Talk radio would have never gotten off the ground if people weren't ready to hear the truth....and that by those who "entertain".

More and more people are finally wising up to Trump’s agenda.

Let’s take a look back more than a half a year ago when he was claiming glory for forcing the President of the United States to release his long form birth certicate.

Here are some of his glory filled quotes:

[Donald Trump 2011 Well, Donald Trump certainly seems to be proud of himself now that President Barack Obama has produced a long-form birth certificate. He basically said so himself today.

Speaking at a press conference in New Hampshire, Trump said he’s “proud” of the new disclosure. He added, however, “it is rather amazing that all of the sudden” the birth certificate surfaced.

He thinks it should be examined to ensure its authenticity.]

Today, the potential presidential candidate had no problem taking credit for the White House’s decision to produce Obama birth certificate.

[“I am really honored to play such a big role in hopefully, hopefully getting rid of this issue,” he said.]

[“Today I’m very proud of myself, because I’ve accomplished something that no one else has been able to accomplish,” said Trump. “I want to look at it, but I hope it’s true. … Mr. Trump claimed credit for forcing Mr. Obama’s hand, saying, “I feel I’ve accomplished something really, really important.” But he said the document released Wednesday would have to be examined for authenticity.]

[“I hope it’s the right deal,” he said. “We have to look at it. A lot of people have to look at it. I hope it’s true, and the reason I hope it’s true is because we have real problems in this country.”l’d have done it a long time ago.”

Trump was pleased that Obama finally released the birth certificate, patted himself on the back for making it happen, and then aired his doubts.

“I want to look at it… We have to look at it. Is it real? Is it proper? What’s on it?,” said Trump.]

Since he claims that he effectively has put the ‘birth certificate issue’ to bed with his vast and depth investigation of the president...why is he rehashing the whole thing today?

He added the caveats...”We have to look at it”...”What’s on it?”.

OK Trump, what IS on it? You and your top notch team of investigators have had more than half a year to go over this document. What is your outcome? Is it real?

The plain answer to those questions is, he took all his glory, dropped the whole thing and ran away from the whole controversy.

Until now.

Today he is AGAIN making noise of running for the office of president and AGAIN bringing up the birth issue.

It should give everyone pause to reflect on his intent.

So what is better for Perry: Pressing the flesh in Iowa, or being in a debate on a channel few people have heard of?

ION is ch30.1 (OTA)in the LA area, but other that that where is it?

Trump’s a realtor and builder. I don’t like his buildings (or the fact that he gilded General Sherman in Central Park but then Trump gilds everything, including his face and hair) but that is where he made his fortune.

It wasn’t mentioned at the link...I know Romney has also declined.

Has Newt accepted and have any of the others formally accepted or declined?

I have no problem with Perry declining, especially since it looks like he’s booked with other campaign events. I’m jsut curious as to how enthusiastic the other candidates are about this.

I've heard Santorum is enthused. So far Bachman hasn't accepted. Romney, Paul, Huntsman and Perry sent RSVP "No thank you."

The Donald affair is a co-deal with NewsMax.

Here is an OpEd that points to and quotes a NewsMax tip on Perry's internal polling numbers:

Perry is starting his comeback in Iowa ………………. “We do not need a reformer in the White House, we need a sledgehammer. The federal government right now is a gargantuan, monstrous, out of control Leviathan exerting a tyrannical grip on the American people and our freedoms. Somebody needs to go in there and start breaking some china, and Perry is the only guy right now talking about doing that.

Newt wants to be the artiste in the china shop, and Perry wants to be the bull. We need a bull right now, and a Texas longhorn might just be the ticket.

When the air starts to leak out of Newt's tires, it's going to go into somebody else's balloon. It will have to go to somebody who is already in the race, a candidate to whom voters are willing to give a second look.

A Newsmax story today indicates that Perry might be that candidate:”…………………

No kidding. It was just "good business" when Trump contributed $5,000 to Rahm Emanuel's Chicago mayoral bid.

And who were the Perry supporters for? Would that be Chico or Valle? No, I bet Cincinatus' Wife was a supporter of Carol Moseley Braun.
