The mainstream media are "protecting" Barack Obama's "unconstitutional" tenure in the White House, refusing to investigate allegations that he fails to meet the Constitution's requirement that a president be a "natural born citizen," according to flamboyant billionaire Donald Trump.
In a conference call today with reporters, WND asked Trump why, if he believes defeating Obama is so significant in 2012, doesn't he use his influence to mount a formal investigation into Obama's eligibility.
There have been allegations since long before Obama's election in 2008 that he is not a "natural-born citizen," a requirement imposed on no other official.
Obama's critics believe that at the time the Constitution was written, the Founders understood "natural-born citizen" to mean the offspring of two citizens.
Obama has claimed he was born in Hawaii, but birth documentation he's released has been judged by a number of document, imaging and graphics experts to be fake.
Others believe he would fail to qualify no matter his place of birth, because his father, Barack Obama Sr., was a Kenyan subject to the jurisdiction of the United Kingdom at the time of Obama Jr.'s birth. They allege the Founders precluded dual citizens by specifically demanding a "natural-born citizen."

No, but I didn't leave the town I was born in. Also, My state doesn't have a law such as Hawaii does, which will issue a birth certificate to people not born here.
How many states would have such a law?
As with many legal cases, the examples do not always fit exactly the current circumstances being discussed, but are merely indicative.
Perez was born in Texas to two Mexican Nationals. As a child he was taken back to Mexico where he lived pretty much his whole life. He would occasionally come into the United States for work, but for the most part he lived in Mexico as a Mexican, and even voted in Mexican elections.
He did not formally renounce his citizenship, but he admitted that he stayed in Mexico to avoid being drafted into the US Army and that he had voted in Elections.
The point is, his parents put him into a situation where he lost his US citizenship, and he didn't do anything overtly himself to cause it's loss. (except perhaps talking too much. :) )
Will birth certificates issued by the State of Hawaii to Hawaiian state citizens show anything other than their actual place of birth?
Regular ETOPS 757's fly west coast to Hawaii and east coast to western Europe with a full passenger load all the time. It's quite possible that the chartered campaign 757 was equipped with auxiliary tanks. It's also possible that they flew to Hawaii with less than a full load of passengers and luggage.
That just means it was a 757-200 configured for and originally sold to First Choice Airways. The two characters after the 2 are customer codes. Pan Am's code was 21, so a 707-300 delivered to Pan Am would have been a 707-321. American Airlines is 23, United is 22, Continental was 24, Braniff was 27, British Airways is 36, etc.
Come to think of it, Richardson should not have been running because he was not a natural born citizen. He is a citizen by birthright, but his Mother was a Mexican. His father was mixed parentage New England Yankee and Mexican.

Richardson was speaking Spanish to an audience, and ssid that Obama is an immigrant. The Democrats knew what they had in Obama, and have lied, deceived, and committed treason in order to get him into the White House.

Even if Barry Soetoro aka Barack Hussein Obama had been birthed in the Lincoln Bedroom of the White House Obama is NOT a NATURAL BORN CITIZEN.
He won’t release it because he probably barely passed. If records are released they will be scrubbed clean and show a straight A student. I’m willing to bet on it.
I'm more surprised he hasn't done it already, that said, in his autobiography, he does state that he wasn't a good student.
Yet, that never stops the media (and sadly, even many conservatives) from professing or believing that he is somehow "book smart" or think that he was some kind of good student or high achieving academic ....

It might seem quite a few people at this site only bad mouth Trump. They don’t seem to understand he can have his place in this current scheme of things. If it would turn out by his efforts he sponsors successfully those that can expose the Kenyan for what he really is as far as being UN-eligible for the office of the POTUS. Then he has served his nation well.
In that capacity I give Trump a thumbs up.

That's what I was thinking too. Does anyone know if Trump's favorite candidate (other than himself) is Perry? Because Perry is now in good with Arpaio, and Perry must know what Arpaio is close to announcing.
And if Perry is close to Trump, then maybe THATS why Trump is finally choosing to NOW make waves again.
