Newt today said that if Pelosi wants to disclose information about himself from when she was on the ethics committee, that the House should immediately file charges against her as that is a violation of the rules of the House:
First of all Id like to thank Speaker Pelosi for what I regard as an early Christmas gift. If shes suggesting shes gonna use material she developed while she was on the ethics committee, that is a fundamental violation of the rules of the House and I would hope members would immediately file charges against her the second she does it.

I think he just did. If there was anything real they would have hanged him.
Now Pelosi says they held back for a later date? What is the meaning of that?

Sorry, I am a conservative. I am one those, “evil rightwing social engineers” that Gingrich said was the greatest threat to our country earlier this year. I am not supporting the Rpmney/Gingrich axis no matter what anyone says. Why would you support someone who hates you?

Newt wins this fightNewt has never won a fight in his life. Clinton ran laps around him. And Pelosi knew what she was doing in 2006. How can you defend his total surrender to him?

She will simply leak the info "anonymously". She will do whatever she wants and will not be held accountable.
To: nickcarraway
its easy for people to manipulate him because he craves respect. That is Newt in a nutshell. I wish more people would wake up about him. He is a dunce.

Let's be honest, you think you know much.
You don't.

The kissy-face stuff he did with Hillary and Pelosi was merely theater to soften his image a bit. Ditto. It's mano-a-mano now.. Gingrich relishes the coming brawl.

Good grief - how should I know.
He left the House in 1998. The ad was in 2007 to promote global warming concerns. He was probably asked to help.
Newt has admitted the ad was his most singularly worst decision.

Pelosi will be walking stright into a chainsaw, just like Pickett at Gettysburg. Marching straight at Newt’s strong point.

Lets be honest, neither is Newt. He thinks hes intelligent, which means its easy for people to manipulate him because he craves respect. Thats why Clinton, Pelosi, etc. used him like a puppet. I guess you've missed his throwing of the media types against the wall in three debates. He doesn't fear their sh*t.

“he craves respect”
I vaguely remember some story about him flying in the back of Air Force One (when Slick Willie was roosting in it) and Newt took umbrage because he thought he deserved better.
They tossed him some sort of bone and he exited the plane wagging his tail.

I think you already know what they were investigating, unless you were not paying attention at some point.

If Gingrich is the nominee his candidacy will set the GOP back 50 years. How many years will the GOP be set back if Romney is the nominee?
