Israeli ministers reacted angrily on Sunday after local media quoted U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton as saying she feared for the future of Israel’s democracy and the rights of women in the Jewish state.
Clinton’s remarks, reportedly made Saturday behind closed doors at the Saban Forum in Washington, made headlines in most Israeli newspapers, which reported them without explaining how they obtained the comments.
Top-selling Yediot Aharonot said Clinton had expressed concern about a slew of “anti-democratic” bills proposed by right-wing members of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s government.
And the newspaper said Clinton had described shock at hearing that some buses in Jerusalem were gender segregated and some religious Israeli soldiers refused to attend events where women would sing.

Can’t be true. I just read in the msm about a poll which said approval for this Administration is way up versus the past 2 years.
Good thing she doesn't fear female circumcision, polygamy, sharia law, and the hijab in Islamic states...

Did Hillary say that as she was driving along in Saudi Arabia?
HOW can he continue to enjoy the support he does?
I have heard all the arguments as to why the Jews are predominantly "Liberal" and vote mostly for Demo-Rats, and notwithstanding the usual "domestic Liberal agenda," I can't believe there is not a sizeable (majority?) percentage who do not support Israel, or conversely, HATES it that much (as do most Leftists) that they care not a whit about Israel's very survival?

Democrats and the Left and some on the Right are totally devoted to their new religion..It the “worship of the new God, the Dollar.” It will go the way of all false religions eventually when the consequences of such a faith roll in for almost everyone. The sad thing is that if they could do away with all free nations today, they still would not be happy, for their drive to power is due to something big missing from their souls.
