The person in question was befriended by both Herman and Gloria Cain in an attempt to help her with some of her many financial problems, as they have done for others.
There is no reason for Mr. Cain to face anyone, you see.
It is sickening how many fools lap up the lies that the Obama owned and libelous MSM dishes out to them!
Or at least their initial reaction is to believe it. And worse, it becomes easy to believe when it helps your candidate.
Time will tell. I am not betting that Cain will be much over 5% in the next 2 weeks. Gingrich is headed to the top and will stay there. Forget about the “woman” controversy. Newt is simply outclassing all the other candidates. The numbers don’t lie.

But does that translate into votes. Once again, these polls are merely a reflection of media coverage and debates. When the rubber hits the road, it doesn't always translate directly into votes. There is nothing substantial upon which we can base these polls.

Exactly. As parents, Herman and Gloria Cain have to assess how much crap they will allow to be flung onto their honorable name, the same name their children and grandchildren bear. They have worked hard to create a good legacy for their family. How much of their good reputation do they sacrifice for a shot, now an ever more distant shot, at the presidency?
Sadly, the truth of the matter is irrelevant. Their good reputation is ruined.
I think all these accusations engineered by the Lamestream press are a load of manufactured nonsense. None of the women are credible.
But I must say I’m more than a bit taken aback by one of the leaders of GOProud saying that he is a strong Cain supporter.
What is Cain’s position on gay marriage? Does anyone know? We needs someone who is strong on the social issues and family as well as the economy.

WHY doesn’t Cain get the records released? Why does he wait for the woman to do it? He has handled all of this like a guilty man, IMO, even if the women are shady. I do not trust Cain, or his people.
Yes there would! He's not in this race alone. His name is being dirtied but his family will have the mud splashed on them too. He's got to know if they can stand strong with him or if they would rather not let themselves be battered and bloodied up by those who are behind this attempted take down of Herman Cain.
Stooped to the level? I don’t think we as conservatives need to back up our assessments of our candidates with the opinions of gay activist groups. That is the one and only point I’m making. If you are comfortable with it, it’s your prerogative of course but don’t expect there to be universal agreement with the choice.

Reports said Kimberly Vay was taking animal hormones or steroids for weight training and this is what caused the division between the two women. When White found out she emailed all on her email list about it, lamented that it might possibly ruin her business and reputation and wished she had never known Vay. Newt is at his most risky when he's succeeding, as he is now in the primary polls.
However, from what I'm seeing, it looks like most people have decided to give him a pass, no matter what. When a candidate gets that kind of "get out of jail free" card, he CAN'T stumble. Because a stumble will never count as a stumble.
