My beeber is stuned. How did this get past Obama? We badly need a good 50 new nuke plants. OK, who is responsible for the sudden outbreak of common sense and how did it get past the children?

for anyone that cares - Florida Power built a nuke reactor on time and on budget - many years ago. Then they tried to win the Deming International prize for this work. A Japanese coach had a funny line - when they said that the building process was full of special efforts. He said, “then you were lucky.” They realized that Demning has value for American companies not jsut Toyota and Toshiba.
