(CNN) - A pro-Sarah Palin group will start airing TV ads Wednesday in Iowa, urging the former Alaska governor to reconsider her decision against running for president.
Palin announced she wouldn't launch a White House bid in early October, ending years of speculation that the 2008 GOP vice presidential running mate might seek the Republican nomination in 2012.
Conservatives4Palin, a large online group, made the ad buy for $6,500.
The group said the ad will air for a week in Sioux City, with spots during ABC's "Good Morning America" and "Dr. Oz," as well as during local news programs in the evening.

And I think she still can. And I’m finding it harder and harder to believe that the current field can. Or even deserves to.

General election campaign time they will unload all their ammo on Romney. They could publish 10 weird, sacrilegious, even blasphemous things about his Mormonism every day throughout the campaign and still have only scratched the surface.

They sure sound like it, just read through the rest of this thread. It’s clear most of these people won’t even vote for the Republican nominee on election day, which pretty much proves the point.
Greene66, Rape is bad enough, but gang rape of a woman is a particularly vile thing. Short of mutilating or murdering them, this is about the worst thing you could do to a woman.
If you want to talk about character assassination or of destroying her politically, I'm all for it, but let's not reduce the full impact of a gang rape to that of simply lying about someone.
While we're at it, don't you think it's a little over the top to state that forum participants are disappointed because they won't see the media gang-rape Palin.
I don't know of anyone here who wishes any physical harm to come to her, let alone something like this.
The Left has already started a multi-state drive to have a “Middle of the Road” party. They are close to enough signatures in Tennessee for this new version of the Perot party.

Something about we ‘want her to run so she gets raped by the media’. But back just a few months ago when I was posting that she WON'T RUN’ I was accused of wanting her to NOT run because I hate her or fear her or whatever. Talk about having your cake and eating it too.
I hear ya. I didn’t want someone that couldn’t understand why not to send dear old John McCain /s back to D.C. for six more years.
And then registering illegals so they could stay here and work. Geez, is she running for La Raza or MALDEF president and I just misunderstood?
And I never said she shouldnt run and yet I am on the ‘Not friends of Sarah’ list too. I suspect I am near the top.
I just kept saying she wont run, because she wont run.
And I keep saying she shouldn’t run, because I don’t think she belongs on a Conservative ticket. Oh well. ;^)
