After reports surfaced Tuesday morning that pizza magnate Herman Cain is reassessing his 2012 Republican presidential nomination bid, POLITICO obtained a statement from a Cain campaign spokesman regarding his candidates consideration of dropping out of the race.
Yes, the campaign spokesman said Tuesday when asked whether Cain would definitely remain in the race.
The clarification comes after the National Review Online released statements that Cain made in a conference call with campaign aides Tuesday morning. During the call, Cain made the following statements, We have to do an assessment as to whether or not this is going to create too much of a cloud, in some peoples minds, as to whether or not they would be able to support us going forth, Cain said.

Jim have you lost your mind???Where is his credentials, what has he done other than run a Pizza joint???
What has he done you say? Running a pizza COMPANY was only a tiny piece of Herman Cain's resume. How about starting out with a degree in mathematics. That is where he began.

This is insane
[Apparently my post #280 is driving someone forkin' nutz]
So what's insane pal? The fact that Herman Cain was actually a damn rocket scientist for the Department of the Navy? A degree in Mathematics which helped him work on missile trajectories, fire control systems, and the like?
Or does it drive you insane that he became Vice President at Pillsbury at the age of 34? Is it his masters in Computer Science that "does not compute" with you?
The fact is, Herman Cain is the personification of achieving the American Dream, and while he certainly spent time flipping burgers, twirling pizzas, and menial tasks along with that, he earned everything he's got, and he did it with hard work, sweat and without a handout from those 'Rat plantation owners.
You need to think about this.

May I swipe that beautiful blue template when and if necessary, so I can accordingly visit it upon the shameless heads of FR troll/detractors like hot heaping coals of fire? Thank you in advance.

Your formatting made that post unreadable.
Try again.
I don't know what page you're reading, but my formatting was picture perfect and I might add, you're the only one with a complaint.
What's wrong with the formatting?

Yeah, I got the balls to say that, how bout you! Well, seeing as how Mr. Robinson and I see eye to eye on Cain, I've got no reason to do what you just did.
Your chutzpah is misguided and ill-spent, friend. Cain is imminently qualified to be our president.

“Glad he is staying in”
He's not staying in! Boy, you all jump on that one report bandwagon. I don't care if Cain says it himself (why would I believe him?), he is DONE! Sing all your swan songs tonight, because tomorrow he will quit.
By next week, no one will remember his name.
Regardless of all the women troubles, he was sinking anyway on his lack of knowledge and inexperience. His silly 999 plan, and no there, there. Nobody loves Herman Cain more than Herman Cain. He did well for awhile on chutzpa and ego, but that wore thin after awhile. The man has no depth. He's a bumper sticker, just like Romney.
Don't bother to attack me, I won't read them. I just thought that amongst all the mindless Cain sycophantism I would provide some truth.

Oh by all means, perhaps you could critique the 'formatting' of my post #280 and tell me if it's readable or not? FReeper 'Eaker' seems to think there's something wrong with it.

Whatever it is you're consuming tonight, you need to put it down. Trust me on this. You will look back on your comments in this thread tomorrow and think "WTF was I SAYING?"
[take the hint: you're embarrassing yourself]

Herman Cain will keep on going and going all the way to 1600 Pennsylvania Ave.
To: af_vet_rr
Its pretty obvious I support Newt.
My problem with Cain since day 1 is his lack of experience. He’s never even held public office. He would go into the White House with less experience than Obama went in. We can’t afford that. The problems are too extreme and the threats to the country are too real for us to spend years with a president that needs on-the-job training.
Whoever is elected needs to hit the ground running with a real plan that’s going to work. What’s Cain big plan when he’s elected, submits 999 to the Congress, and the Democrats filibuster it?
To: AmericanInTokyo
No kidding?
The default font size is ‘3’, I went for ‘2’ with the blue text as I was lifting it directly from Kartographer’s post on last month.
Next time I’ll go with font size = 6 ;)

Having a degree in Mathematics is nice, but as a qualification for President?
Singer Art Garfunkel holds an MA in mathematics from Columbia.
Former mayor of New York City David Dinkins holds a BA in mathematics from Howard University.
Harriet Miers ~ President G. W. Bushs (unsuccessful) nominee to the US Supreme Court, has a bachelors degree in mathematics from Southern Methodist University
Ted Kaczinski, PhD in mathematics from University of Michigan.
