Last Monday a huge, double explosion was heard in Tehran. Based on Western spy satellites, the following picture is reported by Debka.com, a site close to Israeli intelligence, but also known for less than 100% accuracy.
1. The double blast involved an advanced Iranian Seijil-2 missile, and devastated a 20 square mile area of the Alghadir missile base of the Iranian Revolutionary Guards, the inner guard of the regime. The devastated missile base is located 30 miles west of Tehran.
2. Thirty-six military funerals were held in the following days. The dead include the chief of Iran's ballistic missile program, Major Gen. Moghaddam, and other top missile experts.

[ Debka and 20 sq. miles is all you need to know. ]
20 sq. miles is a huge area.. would take a nuke.. only a nuke..
UNless it is a lie or fabrication.. or exaggeration..
I am praying with ya..
I have heard from many good sources that Israel has some weaponry which is superior to ours by far..God bless them..come Lord..
Or some other thing ~ it doesn’t have to be a conventional nuke.
True.. there are a few “other” things.. remote but doable..
Not a peep from anyone else about this on the Internet right now.
Surely there would be multiple reports of any explosion even 1/20 of that size if it were true.
One would think that a 20 square mile blast 30 miles from Teheran would have made more news (heard and felt), and had some some camera footage (I am sure Iranians have camera phomes). I think this thing is exagerated.
Wrong. This has been covered for days.
The facts are clear that Iran is under serious attack. On fox this morning, it was dubbed the secret war.
The fact is, no one has claimed credit for the series of disasters decimating Iranian attack capability.
It is equally likely that Saudi special forces are involved with the deeds. The Saudi’s have as much and even more to lose than the Israelis. They are like the Tar Baby, they sit there and say nothing
You beat me to it, 20 square miles ?
Somehow, this reminds me of the question asked by a brilliant NPR reporter doing a live interview of a survivor of a SCUD missile attack during the first Gulf War: "Did it....go......bang?"
The question was, of course, edited out of subsequent playbacks.
But a diameter of 5 miles? THAT is a big blast.
Really? I did a Google search on Alghadir Iran and Al-ghadir Iran and did not see anything at all about in the first few pages of results. It has been covered, where? Any sources you can refer me to?
Or Moghaddam's last words were: "Hold my Arak and watch THIS!"

That represents a circle just a tad over five miles in diameter! That is one hell of a blast for "conventional explosives". Perhaps they were storing a lot of munitions at the missile base, in retrospect not a real good idea.
