Another FReeper said it best: Michele is always first out of the gate with attacks on the new front-runner.
Exactly! The latest prey of "attack dog" Michele Bachmann is Newt Gingrich; because he is now the front-runner. I fell out with her when she poured salt on Herman Cain's wounds inflicted by the bimbos and Gloria Allred. She managed to get Pawlenty out of the race. She was doing well until she started acting like a desperate housewife. I'm glad GOP Primary voters saw her for the mean-spirited, bimbo she is before the voting started. That's why she's in the low single-digits in the polls.
Not one candidate piled on her when she confused John Wayne (actor) with John Wayne Gacy the pedophile and serial killer. Or when she wished Elvis a "Happy Birtday" on the anniversary of his death. Or when it was revealed her husband's business had received tons of money from the Government. Or when the "Young Turks Network" raised the question about her husband possibly being gay; even ran a video to that effect. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q2nK1sskUG4
Come on Michele, run on your accomplishments (few there are) and you ideas and plans for bettering America. You are starting to embarass yourself.
It is time for those candidates who are polling less than 10% to drop out and let the other candidates prove their worth. They should all focus on how they would turn things around and not spend their time attacking one another. The goal is to get a good candidate who can win next November.
She is solidly conservative but I’m not to easy how she plays the political game. People don’t want gutter politics as usual.
She called Romney a frugal socialist—hardly a compliment.
I think too many FReepers merely want a GOP candidate occupying the White House and could care less about actually changing the way that city works. I don't know why, maybe it's because they have their own fingers in the taxpayer cookie jar and don't want lose their own ability to steal from others.
Can’t correct you because you’re not wrong!
She frequently says that she "raised" 23 foster kids, but her choice of words is debatable. Some were with her for as little as three weeks, and she was only a foster parent for seven years.
I wouldn't count on that, at this point in 2007 John McCain looked like he was going to have to drop out and we all remember how that turned out!
No it's not.
“Correct me if I’m wrong, but the only candidate that has called out Romney on his flip-flops and liberal views is Rick Perry.”
Not true. But, Perry has done it the most often. Mitt takes all attack questions, ignores them and answers with some pablum and the debate moderators never call him on it.
Agreed. I wonder if this venture into national politics, with its exposure of her skills or lack thereof, will not ultimately cost her her house seat. She really made some stupid statements over the course of the campaign.
I like Michele a lot. She really tells it straight.
Fed legislation has already been done within Obamacare.
In otherwards, you already have no choice.
Its in there.
Now we know Obama would never make a deal with Merck, would he? /sarc See, now we know why Merck is no longer lobbying the states.
At least Michele speaks out about killing Obamacare.
Newt has flipped and flopped and has a checkered personal life. I sometimes like to hear him speak, yet I'm tired of people who go absolutely ga-ga over good speakers (Alan Keyes, Obama, Clinton, Newt and Bachman herself, etc.) and don't weigh actions.
Even though I prefer Newt to Romney, Newt's past actions are most definitely questionable.
You can see it in her eyes...something like Glenn Close in Fatal Attraction.
She is the last person we need in the WH. Very smart, with great conservative cred, but so intense she's bat-guano loco.

Never goes after him at all.
“Whats most important is that she ABSOLUTELY REFUSES TO LAY A FINGER ON ROMNEY.”

Never goes after him at all.
“Not true. But, Perry has done it the most often. Mitt takes all attack questions, ignores them and answers with some pablum and the debate moderators never call him on it.”
What wasn’t true? Who else has called him out?
She is right about Newt. Get over it.
As for not going after Romney, looks like Michele’s staff told her to stop running for POTUS and start running for Romney’s VP. This is disappointing, and unfortunately will come back to bite her later on. Michele thinks Romney would need her to carry the Tea Party vote. It isn’t going to happen though.
I can't believe I read what I think I just read. Am I right that you accuse fellow FReepers of having their fingers in the taxpayer cookie jar and accuse them of stealing from others?
If you did accuse your fellow FReepers of stealing, then that is a terrible thing to do.
So, if we don’t support Bachmann we are not honest? Geez...nice to know I’m a liar as I support CAIN. I am a woman and am sooooo unimpressed, and as a matter of fact unhappy with that woman.
Her pettiness and immaturity shone through when she made the stupid statement about CAIN’s 999 plan of “what do you get with you turn 999 upside down (refering to 666). That was so elementary school and just plain pitiful.
She is NO Sarah Palin and NOT president material whatsoever.
You remind me of the Obama huggers. Because he’s black they wanted him and no other reason. You seem to want Bachmann because she’s a woman and no other reason. The world leaders would make mince-meat out of her, trust me. She has no hope for the nomination..and I”m being HONEST about that!
