If you really believe that, then you would be calling the police right now wouldn’t you? If you don’t, then aren’t you a cheerleader or enabler then too?
Guess what? Sandusky’s pension continues...also Paterno’s and Schultz’s:
When he retired, Sandusky opted to take a lump-sum pension payment of $148,271 from the State Employees Retirement System. The rest of his pension is being paid out monthly and is $58,898 annually.
Schultz could be far more richly paid. He elected to receive a $421,847 lump-sum payment at the time of his retirement in 2009, after nearly 39 years of service.
He also receives a monthly pension payment of $27,558 nearly the cost of tuition for two in-state freshmen at State College. That comes to nearly $331,000 a year.
Schultz had returned to his former post in September on an interim basis while the university conducted a national search for a permanent appointee.
Pension information for former Athletic Director Tim Curley, charged with perjury and failing to report suspected child abuse along with Schultz, was not available because he did not participate in the state pension system. Ousted President Graham Spanier also was not a member of the state pension system.
The Patriot-News has submitted a request for longtime football coach Joe Paternos pension.
Information about Paternos and Schultzs pensions is now public information as a result of a five-year court battle launched by The Patriot-News in 2002. That lawsuit, which went all the way to the state Supreme Court, removed a shroud of secrecy that Penn State had demanded for university employees who participated in the pension plan.

Yep, nothing to see here, just random lies by different people, in grand jury testimony.
Why should Paterno be excused for not contacting the police himself? Personal responsibility eluded him. Yeah, some coach, alright.
I would transfer. But then, the cult-of-college atmosphere would have discouraged me from attending, in the first place. Right now, I hate football and basketball and slimy intellectual college presidents, in general.

This will turn your stomach, a definite contrast to the lovey-dovey coverage ESPN had of the game.
At Penn States stadium, profanity, scorn greet one fathers protest

The site is being monitored.
Gee my bad. I was taught in civics claas (back in the 60s) That a Grand Jury was to see if there was enough evidence to bring charges. Now it seems that it’s to access guilt. I guess Ole’ Mr. Misue taught us all wrong.
The media is hoping this gets hushed up quickly, as soon as the named perps get whacked or suicided, and silenced.
So does the whole commie left, the establishment RINOs, all the jock faggots across the nation, every college and K-12 school, every NGO used to target "at-risk" youths, every CPS agency, and on and on and on.
The media is working overtime to confine the damage to just Penn State, when it is really a national epidemic.

Okay, but what are YOU doing about it? After all, if you’re going to claim there are pederasts here and you don’t turn them in, then you’re practically an accomplice, right? Shouldn’t you be turning yourself into the police if that is the case?
If this doesn’t show how far we are into decline, nothing does.
Bullshit.
I predict that if Sandusky doesn’t commit suicide he will die in prison of old age.
“As far as I can see this is another trial and conviction by media.”
You’re mistaken. This is nothing like the lame accusations against Herman Cain.
The major players in this scandal have admitted what happened. Jo Pa said he should have done more. Multiple victims have come forward with a staggering number of incidents, at least one of which was witnessed by a PSU football staffer. The charges have already gone to the Grand Jury.
It’s not a question of ‘if’ it happened. They have done the opposite of Nifong at Duke with this case. There won’t be any charges of malicious prosecution of this whole scandal.
Well, we know that Sandusky is on record as having to admitted to inappropriate contact with Victim 1 to his mother with 2 police in the next room listening. God only knows (literally) why Gricar didn't prosecute.
Having said that, considering that the DA has said that neither Paterno nor McQueary are currently in danger of indictment, there is desire to go after those two for their egregious moral failings.
Unless it is a priest, of course.
Insert "priest" in place of "Sandusky" and "Bishop" in place of "Paterno." Why is it okay for Paterno to get a pass but not a bishop?
The double standard disgusts me. They ALL should be thrown in jail.
That’s why I posted this article. Leftists couldn’t care less about pedophilia. It’s simply a hammer they can use to destroy institutions they hate, like the Catholic Church. Meanwhile they ignore the child sexual abuse in the government school system, which is 100 times as common.
I would never transfer. I love PSU too much and I’m not even a big football fan. I must say there is a strong minority of students that feel it was right for Paterno to be fired. There are a lot of good, common sense students and people here.
