SPARTANBURG, S.C. -- Some presidential debates feature moderator questions, audience questions or even online questions, but at Saturday night's GOP debate in South Carolina, the pair of Republican U.S. senators from the Palmetto State will join the questioning.
Sen. Jim DeMint, a member of the Committee on Foreign Relations and Sen. Lindsey Graham, a member of the Committee on Armed Services, will each ask questions at the debate.
Organizers of the debate at Wofford College in Spartanburg are calling it the "Commander-in-Chief Debate" because it will focus on foreign relations and national security issues. Graham is a member of the Air Force Reserve and has made several highly-visible trips to U.S. war zones in recent years.

I wonder how long DeMint has known he was going to moderate this debate, and if that’s why he hasn’t endorsed anyone yet, to keep up appearances of fairness?
That would end his resurgence right there.
So Demint will be asking questions from the conservative side of the aisle, and Graham from the liberal side?

Why does the east coast get ripped off the last 30 minutes?
I was just wondering the same thing.
Lindsey Graham is akin to having any liberal moderator asking questions. I’m sure he will be attacking Herman Cain.

Look at the positive side. No MSNBC tonight.
Spot on. In today’s media environment we don’t have to tolerate liberals vetting our candidates.
The one good thing is the vetting does give us a chance at their playbook before the big game.
Interesting. They actually have intelligent, knowledgeable people asking the questions (and Graham, even though I don’t agree with him on just about anything, is certainly qualified).
Not Guilty!
Lol, she is feisty, I like that in a woman. Don’t know enough about her to comment in depth, so I am just going to stick with ....... Not Guilty. :)
Good Answer!
