They became illegal right around then. 60 Minutes brought in 3 lie detector firms and told them one of several employees had stolen some camera equipment. In reality nothing had ever been stolen. Each of the firms fingered a different perp with 100% certainty and advised them on how to fire the person without getting sued. CBS caught all that on hidden camera and broadcast it. There was a bill in the hopper in the House the next day to ban lie detectors.
Yup, Cainzilla has just come out of the ocean and is headed for Tokyo....Rove that is.
Right. A settlement is an agreement. So, according to your logic, an agreement is a settlement. Likewise, all dogs are Golden Retrievers.
On CNN now, watching James Carville and Donna Brazille attack Cain as a womanizer is just hysterical.
Didn’t hear the reporter’s report/take on this, huh?
Oh my gosh!!!! They have the same hairstyle! Where did Sharon get her hair done—the Muppet filming studio?
Cain was awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am impressed!!! I love this man!!!!
I have a goatee-—I’m an eeeevil Conservative! LOL!
Cheers
Maybe these women were racists? How about that?
Be careful for what you wish for - the next guy to breakout of the pack will be put through an public colonoscopy and your guy may have some accusers, but not of the female persuasion.
That's standard for termination settlements, regardless of the cause.
I know someone that left a large company after he was "acquired" along with the purchase of a smaller company. His role was effectively made redundant.
He got all of his retirement benefits, earlier than usual. But, one of the conditions of his separation was that he couldn't talk about it.
Where theres smoke, theres fire.
Unless its dry ice . . . Greg Gutfield, on The Five on Fox, just now.
BWAHAHAHAHA, they should just give the whole hour to gutfield.
In the one photo I saw that does not appear to be the accuser. The woman in the picture appears to be too thin
Two lawsuits in 20 years?? Cain had two women file complaints against him in the less than THREE years he worked at NRA. I had complaints filed against me for discrimination based on sex, race, HIV status, and by a cross dresser because I would not let him change into his sun dress in the womens’ locker room.
Our orgainization chose to fight all of them and we paid out a grand total of $3500 for one after we expended over $20k in legal fees. Most large orgainizations have EPLI insurance to cover cases like Cain’s.
SHE was whispering in HIS ear. As a Baptist minister, he's trained to listen. That's what they do. He sounds like a very, very nice man.
The entire scenario depends on whether you've found him guilty without a trial or not. If you think he's innocent, you see him being polite. If you see him as guilty, he was day dreaming about brutally raping her and feeding her to his dog.
Being satisfied that one has reached a reasonable conclusion, while still open to new evidence, is not a negative nor cause for sarcasm.
Honestly, I just want him to come clean so that we can move on.
OK Einstein, could you elucidate what he should have said?
What kind of business?
