How was the school allowing him to take the child from the school in the first place.. Someone in that school is complicit in all of this.. and probably accommodated Mr Sandusky with other children over the years as well.

They did what they were legally required to do once the mother challenged it, but legally they should have never been letting Sandusky take the child from school in the first place.

Folks in that school are beyond complicit in this.
