Take The Second Mile, the program to help troubled youth. If Curley and Schultz actually contacted them in 2002 about Sandusky (the Grand Jury determined that they did, although The Second Mile denies it), The Second Mile continued to let Sandusky work with youth until 2008.
Of course, we don't know what Curley and Schultz told them. They may not have used the word "anal rape," because that may have caused a scandal for Penn State.
