GJ Report, page 5, line 13. When the mother reported it to the school, the school immediately barred Sandusky from the school and reported the matter to authorities as mandated by law.

Sure. The school did it AFTER she left knowing she was going straight to child services.

Did I overlook this in the report? Where are you finding this? I see GJ Report, page 5, line 13.

You overlooked the first sentence of my post.

Well, the mother was interviewed and that fact didn't find its way into the GJ presentment or report.

That doesn't mean it isn't true.

It can mean that the mother's statement wasn't necessary to indict Curley and Schultz and it opens up a can of worms that the DA doesn't want to open up.

As I've said - you read these documents once to see what's in them, and once to see what's not in them. What's not in them is often just as important.

The mother's story sounds plausible. But I would phrase it as "the mother says" rather than as a fact. I know that we're stating what's in the GJ documents as facts . . . and we could write "the GJ presentment says . . . ", but at least we're referring to statements made under oath or to a law enforcement official. A mother's statement to a news agency, even if it sound plausible, is not quite the same thing.
