Watched the Cain-Gingrich debate last night. Cain is beginning to grow on me. I think I could live with Gingrich as VP.

I am liking Gingrich a lot after last night's debate but the trust issues about his fidelity to Conservative principals refuses to go away for me.
Frankly I think Newt would be a great VP but am really leery of him in the top spot.

I agree. I think as a tag team, they would be historical especially coupled with the pickup in the Senate seats, we yet may have a chance

The debate last night was so refreshing. Listening to the candidate actually speak with intelligence, without the asinine liberal moderators, is how all the debates should be handled. I, too, could live with Newt as VP.

I think I could live with Gingrich as VP. Yes, we need somebody as VP who can outdo the savvy and wit of (don't mess with) Joe Biden in a debate! ~snort

Watched the Cain-Gingrich debate last night. Cain is beginning to grow on me. I think I could live with Gingrich as VP. Agree 100%. Cain is the outsider, Newt is the insider (but with a good track record when it comes to getting legislation passed!!!)
I can hear the libs screaming about foreign policy, well what foreign policy does Rick Perry have other than pandering to Mexico? What about Myth, maybe dealing with the crooks on the Olympic Committee? And then you have Zero, prior, his only foreign policy experience well was ZERO!!!

Cain has that spark of leadership charisma that Newt lacks, although it us undisputed that Newt is a brilliant man.
They would make a magnificent President/Vice President combo.
Can you imagine the Zero-Cain and Biden-Gingrich debates? :-)

Has Gingrich showed real public honesty and repentance of his reckless behavior as Speaker and betrayal to his (ex-wife) in the 90’s? Since I haven’t seen that (could have missed it), I dont really trust him in office. I feel like Newt is very good in the forum of ideas world and maybe as a think-tank-type adviser of some sort.

Last night's debate was one of the more enjoyable political events I've seen in quite some time. Much of the time, Cain and Gingrich didn't so much disagree with each other, but actually fed off one another, making it almost like a fireside chat on Conservative values.
I hope to see more debates like this in the future. Can you imagine Cain Vs Obama and Gingrich Vs Biden? There would be a mass explosion of liberal heads after Cain and Gingrich sweep the floor with the Teleprompter-in-Chief and Foot-in-Mouth.

Well boss, Cain is growing on me too, but I am more for a Gingrich/Cain ticket.
Last night allowed me to see them as a team... THEY would be good for America and I believe that if they continue to develop as a team, they WILL beat Obama without breaking a sweat.

The Rebellion is brewing against the GOP establishment liberals/ anti-Tea Party establishment.
As for me Sarah Palin was the one whom I was going to vote for, but, after she decided not to run.
I was thinking of sitting this one out, however ? I was keeping my attention on Herman Cain, and after all these attacks on Cain over abortion, and now false accusations of sexual harassment and all the negative attacks on Cain from the Mittbots and Perrybots, Rove, Mittens, MSM, GOP establishment I am now in the Cain camp.
Thank you Mittbots and Perrybots,Rove, MSM, Romney, GOP anti-Tea Party establishment you helped me makes things clear, Cain is our guy for the Tea Party GOP candidate.

They do make a comfortable team. They have the ability to cut through the socialist bull like hot butter. But it would have to be Cain-Gingrich. Hopefully, Cain would keep Newt from ever sitting on the couch with peelowsee again.
I would love four years of hearing Cain joke about liberals, it could bring the sanity back...

That was such a great discussion/debate. Informative and not driven by sound bite incentive. I was impressed by both men.So glad CSPAN is on basic cable. I would not have missed that for the world.
