Oh, he’s gonna be in big trouble now ... we’re talking Double Secret Probation and no frosting on his birthday cake.
Clever.
The value of US Citizenship has been reduced of late.
That happened to Cheech and Chong
If I ever get arrested I don’t want any special treatment. Just treat me like any other illegal alien.
he could just as easily have ended up at a Texas state university on full scholarship
Proof positive that the ‘system’ is skewed to favor illegals over US citizens. Illegals are our superiors.
McCain, Perry, Grahamnesty,et al you know who you are shove it up sideways.
Who cares? Let’s just go ahead and give America to all the savages of the world since our whores in DC, RINO and Rat alike, are committed to turn us into some third world dump.
Proof positive illegals are treated better under the law than citizens.
Heh.
I sense sarcasm. why are you so uncompassionate?
Wow, is this some kind of equal-protection issue?
If he’s an illegal the penalty for his actions is deportation.
If he’s a citizen he’s facing 15 years.
The fact that he claimed to be someone else is (IMHO) an entirely separate issue. He can be charged for that offense but it doesn’t (IMHO) affect the fact that he would be given different penalties for the same crime based on his immigration status.
Exactly. This policy is an incentive for criminal immigration. People with criminal intent can come here knowing the worst that will happen is they get sent home. If they sell drugs, maybe send a lot of the money home to a foreign bank account, so you can live very well when you get deported while your citizen co-conspirators go to prison. This ain’t right.
In LA I read they had police checkpoints for insurance checks. US citizens without insurance had their cars towed in addition to the ticket for no insurance. You know how much getting your car back costs.... they did NOT tow the vehicles of illegals (no insurance, no license) but allowed them to call someone to come and get it.
Just another story from the west coast asylum
The rule of law is dead in the US.
