It is a fact that there was a suit, and it was settled for a year's pay. Did Cain think that wouldn't come out? It is a fact that on Monday morning, despite knowing this was coming for 10 days, Cain claimed he didn't know there was a “settlement”, saying “I hope is wasn't for much because I didn't do anything”. Then by Monday evening, Cain somehow “recalled” that there was an “agreement” that paid 2-3 months salary to the woman.

Cain's lies are starting to catch up with him.

Nice try Perrybot.

When Rush Limbaugh is telling you your lies are absurd nonsense, you should be listening not clinging to them

Nice little circular argument the GOP Establishmentbots have manufactured to keep their slander attack at Cain going.

The only way Cain had to “clear himself” in advance from their slander attack is to violate a legal confidentiality agreement. So his only choice was to break the law thus opening himself to being sued in the midst of his campaign, or let himself be slandered.

Now because he did not choose to break the law to protect himself, he is now being accused by the GOP Establishment slanderbots of “botching the response”

How about this. Accusations have been made. Cain has refuted them. How about the accusers put up even 1 single shred of evidence to back up their accusations?

So how about repeating the lie, address the facts for a change Perrybot

I have heard nothing of a lawsuit. Only severance packages. Have you discovered evidence of a lawsuit? If so, you should share.

Don't just keep repeating the lies, provide the evidence to back you us accusations

Cain was told 10 days ago that Politico was “being told by another campaign of accusation against you for sexual harassment”. No facts, no evidence merely an anonymously sourced accusation.

So instead of repeating the lies provide the evidence to back up your accusations.

Gag orders on these types of cases are the norm. Companies don’t want the particulars out there because they don’t want the next person who decides to bring a suit against them for the next stupid thing to know what they will settle for. It’s that simple. Most people are not inclined to talk about something they have agreed by law not to talk about. Your mileage may vary.
