It is a fact that there was a suit, and it was settled for a year's pay.

I have heard nothing of a lawsuit. Only severance packages. Have you discovered evidence of a lawsuit? If so, you should share.

You are correct. I should have said complaint. It was settled before a suit was filed. I am walking back my statement, and I don’t stand by the suit part.
