Herman Cain pushed back hard at Karl Rove's recitation of his recent campaign fumbles and miscues - which he presented on a whiteboard on Fox News this morning - and accused the operative of trying to do him intentional damage in a Byron York interview:
"It's a good thing the voters are not looking at Karl Rove's little whiteboard," Cain said in a phone conversation from a stop in Chicago Monday afternoon. "I believe it is a deliberate attempt to damage me because I am not, quote unquote, the establishment choice. But why not go with the choice that the people seem to like?"
Cain accused Rove of bias in favor of candidates with big organizations, lots of money, and prior experience in political office all things Cain doesn't have. "What has Karl Rove done?" Cain continued. "If I become the nominee, he has given Democrats talking points for a commercial to attack me. It makes no sense unless it's a deliberate attempt on his part to try to push me down so that the candidate he wants rises to the top." Continue Reading
When asked which candidate he believes Rove supports, Cain said, "I believe he wants Romney to get it."
Rove strongly denies Cain's charges. "Herman Cain is the one giving the Democrats material for attack ads," Rove said in a phone conversation Monday afternoon. "I want the strongest nominee to emerge from the process. I have no personal favorite. Fox expects me to call balls and strikes as I see them."

Rove is the guy who in 2004 took a sure landslide victory against a traitorous dilletante and turned it into a near loss.
Why he has any credibility is beyond me. He is still out there saying that the only future for the Republican Party is amnesty and open borders and avoiding the Tea Party.
On the other hand, he is making $$$ millions while I am struggling with the mortgage because I don’t want the taxpayers to pay my debts. Maybe he does represent the right approach.
Fox made Cain
Niel Cavuto promoted him for months before he announced and he actually made the initial announcement on Cavuto. Cavuto is a vice President of News Corp.
You have it wrong
He can't. His nose is too far up Romney's butt.
You know you’re backing the right candidate when Rove and his establishment ilk begin the attacks.
Keep on Raisin’ Cain, Freepers!
Found a web page with most fox contributors. I email them every day

If it affects ratings significantly, then Ailes will certainly backpedal on his left shift.
The last couple of weeks have been awful. I can't stand watching Fox anymore because of it, and Rove can go to hell. "Fair and Balanced" my ass

No doubt Rove , Fox, and Buckwheat are supporting Romney.
Why he has any credibility is beyond me.
Oh, but he's "the architect"! Hannity tells us so [just about every damned day]...
” I have no personal favorite. “
THAT IS A LIE.
It baffles me that one would consider Rove a competent source for anything. His white board is a gimmick but certainly shouldn’t be mistaken for intelligence or reliability.
I’ve met him...cordial enough but mostly because he was selling books. Then at a dinner that he keynoted, I watched him texting under his napkin when a world famous tenor was performing before he spoke.
I don’t recall ROve speaking of Romney’s inability to increase his number and his obvious decline.
But it would be hard for me to have noticed that, since I do not pay attention to the architect of Obama’s presidency, nor do I watch Fox Romney Propaganda.
Pay no attention to the rino behind the curtain.
Rove is a dickhead rino loser.
“Fox made Cain”
You’re full of it. From O’Reilly’s hit-and-run “interview” of can a few months back, it has been Fox’s job to take down anyone who isn’t Romney.
Roger Ailes said it before: Obama as president means more ratings for Fox, which means more money for him and Murdoch. Fox and crew are going to subtly undermine the viable conservative candidates till only the one who CAN’T beat Obama.
Nothing sinister, really. It’s just about the $$$. If you’re dumb enough to still be watching FoxNews, you deserve what you get.
The Bushs and Rove were the the first to give us the perception of the ‘new world order’. Now it is more clear that what they were really speaking about was extended Islam influence. The tentacles of this new world order have been allowed to strangle the faith of our Founding Fathers by political correctness or evil as I see the situation. Islam is no friend of USA existence.
To hell with Rove.
Next.
Wrong. Cavuto is a vice president of FBN, Fox Business Network, not News Corp. A huge difference.
Mr. Cain. Please pretend you don’t even notice their sorry game-playing ways. Rise above it my friend. You will be unstoppable if you don’t let them get to you!
