“This is better than I dreamed of. Cain is going to be the next President of the United States”

If Mr. Cain becomes the nominee (I’d say his chances right now are less than 50/50), 2012 is going to parallel one or the other of two previous election years:
1. 1980, or
2. 1964.

Can’t predict which yet.

If you know who the candidate were in those previous years, you’ll understand why I’m making my own prognostications...

Just sayin’...

I understand, but I don't think the parallels for 1964 will be there. Following the assassination of Kennedy, Johnson achieved a lot of legislation by playing on the sympathies of the American people for passing legislation that Kennedy would have “approved”.

Johnson was not as far at the bottom of the barrel as Obama. Cain has so far been able to respond quickly and concisely to any mis-information (More like Reagan than Goldwater). Plus the LSM is just not as effective selling their propaganda as they were back then.

The Internet did not exist in those past elections. Mr. Cain may not win, but I don't think there could possibly be a landslide for Obama, except for huge election fraud.
